Warranty documentation does not mention anything about it and also doesn't have a list of authorizedretailers and my phone conversation is recorded by the company as I informed before conversation started I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me only if they actually replace the defected item which purchased 01/07/new in a sealed box.In any other case my complaint remains in effect Regards, [redacted]

Customer can return his inflator to Campbell Hausfeld, [redacted] to the attention of the Customer Service ManagerCustomer will receive a 25% discount off the purchase of a new CCinflator ($less 25%) purchased direct from Campbell Hausfeld upon receipt of his inflator

Could the customer please provide the details of what number, email etcthat he tired to contact and did not get a response? That way I can investigate why there was no response. Also, I would like for him to contact me directly so I see if in fact we do not carry

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I did not "properly maintain" the unitI only used it twice it sat on shelf for the remainder timeIt states on the product "Built to Last" Please explain to me how using something twice is built to last? I have dealt with hundreds of companies, I get a feel of how good the company is by, the quality of the product/service, & the cost valueWhen a problem arrises how easy I can reach them, do they have a direct number, how friendly/caring the rep is, & what solutions they haveSadly to say I am finding the company itself is not so bad, but who is representing itPoor experience without resolution reflects badly on a companyThis company is hiding behind there warranty, not fessing up to the fac it was a defective product, & worst of all have no realistic resolution! As far as the claim of reading the manuel, I do not read manuels unless I cannot figure something out, not enough time in the day to do so, then I would just call the companyThis product did not require me to read a manuel, you plug it in, charge it, then inflate your tire, not complicatedCampbell Hausfeld claims the unit can die from not charging, I have never heard of this, I have other rechargeble units, they have lasted much longer & I do not have to keep them chargedSo why would a key piece of information like that not be clearly stated on the box? or put a tape insert that prevents you from using the unit unless you remove it that states it? Even if they are right about everything, that is irrelivant, they still have an unsatisfied customer, first time buyerCampbell Hausfeld has much more to loseWith social media, I know a lot of people, plus surveys, & when the word gets out that this is a bad company they will have much more to lose han $50-Typically when I deal with a defective product say from Victoria's Secret, they send me a replacement, no questions asked or L.L bean, examples of great companies who provide a good product & amazing serviceIt would be fair for me to send them back there unit, upon that them sending a replacement, or at the very least give me some kind of voucher/coupon for the purchase of a new one, so I would have the option of buying another unitThe rep, the so called head of customer service, needs to be coached on customer service, as he did not care about the problem, offered me no realistic resolution, could not understand he was misrepresenting the company, & hung up on me! I told him if a VP or the CEO was listening to the conversation, he would probaly be terminated

We at Campbell Hausfeld stand behind our products and their warranty, and we apologize that you have encountered this issue The warranty as stated in line one of the document is for one year, issued to the purchaser only as stated in line of the document. We do not know who
