directly from a rigger in Ohio. Review: I purchased a what was sold as a Chiller from Pride Machinery Sales and only received half of the unit. What he sold me does not function as a chiller without the other half. He verbally confirmed that the unit was in working order. I contacted the company he purchased the equipment through. In conversations with the company that he purchased the unit from, I was advised that he was fully aware that it was only half the unit and did not function as a chiller without the missing half. The unit was listed on [redacted] and he took the transaction off line, removing any recourse through [redacted] or [redacted]. Had to wire funds in advance of pick-up. Delay in knowledge of incomplete unit was due to waiting for wire to clear and transport of unit back to our facility.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the unit and be refunded the value of the purchase.
