I called Pride Plumbing in the morning and they had a technician at my house later that morningI was impressed with them from the first phone conversation to the completion of the work Brian was very professional, friendly, and helpful from the start He came in, we discussed the plumbing issues, and he explained the best possible solution to fix the problemsHe put in a kitchen vent, and piping and that solved the plumbing issues of the noise and the smell from our washing machineHe also answered all my questions and gave me an estimate of other work I wanted to have done at a later timeWhen I am ready to have the other work done, I will be calling Pride Plumbing to come back and do the workI would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Pride Plumbings response is not true.  The toilet was not fixed on their initial visit.  They got it to flush, however, the flush was very weak.  the plumber told myself and my mother that it was a low grade toilet.  We told him we will think about whether we should replace toilet or not.  A couple of days later the toilet did not function at all.  I never refused to open the door.  The first plumber never asked to remove the toilet or I would have gone that route.  He offered to snake it and to replace it.  When second plumber arrived I refused to pay an additional 200 because the company just received 100 from me for a service that lasted few days. According to their warranty all services are guaranteed 30 days or money back.  I have witnesses and I took photos in regards to their faulty work.

Revdex.com spoke to [redacted] today. He stated that the original service call was the only call the consumer paid for. They went out to snake out the toilet. While there, they asked the consumer if they could remove the toilet to work on the problem. She declined. They used the snake without removing the...

toilet to fix the clog. 3-4 days later, the consumer called again with a clogged toilet. The business went out there but the consumer did not answer. There was no charge for this trip. They went out a third time after rescheduling, and again offered to remove the toilet to work on the problem and again the consumer declined. She insisted that there was a toy stuck. While snaking, the snake became stuck and since the consumer would not pay the cost to have them remove the toilet, they left. There was no charge for this trip either. She called someone else and they removed the toilet to get the snake out as well as the toy. Since the consumer only paid for the first trip and had a working toilet, no refund will be given. If the issue was not fixed, the clog would not have taken that long to present itself again.
