Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Pride Plumbings response is not true The toilet was not fixed on their initial visit They got it to flush, however, the flush was very weak the plumber told myself and my mother that it was a low grade toilet We told him we will think about whether we should replace toilet or not A couple of days later the toilet did not function at all I never refused to open the door The first plumber never asked to remove the toilet or I would have gone that route He offered to snake it and to replace it When second plumber arrived I refused to pay an additional because the company just received from me for a service that lasted few daysAccording to their warranty all services are guaranteed days or money back I have witnesses and I took photos in regards to their faulty work Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com spoke to [redacted] todayHe stated that the original service call was the only call the consumer paid forThey went out to snake out the toiletWhile there, they asked the consumer if they could remove the toilet to work on the problemShe declinedThey used the snake without removing the toilet to fix the clog3-days later, the consumer called again with a clogged toiletThe business went out there but the consumer did not answerThere was no charge for this tripThey went out a third time after rescheduling, and again offered to remove the toilet to work on the problem and again the consumer declinedShe insisted that there was a toy stuckWhile snaking, the snake became stuck and since the consumer would not pay the cost to have them remove the toilet, they leftThere was no charge for this trip eitherShe called someone else and they removed the toilet to get the snake out as well as the toySince the consumer only paid for the first trip and had a working toilet, no refund will be givenIf the issue was not fixed, the clog would not have taken that long to present itself again
