BUYER BEWARE. This lady (Tina) is a scam and a
fraud. She will take your money and then drop you. My
family tried to purchase a puppy through her and after
trying desperately to get their money back when it
was obvious they weren't going to get a puppy, they
took a $750 loss plus all of their time spent and had
to walk away. The only positive reviews you'll see of
this woman are her own family members making up
lies and using different profiles. She has got away
with this fraud for years by deleting reviews, changing
her business name, and all around lying. NEVER get
involved with this woman or her "business".

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As you can see from the dissolution contract Tina was to give me the full refund of dollars I only received a refund of This puts her in breach of the contract The fact that she did't pay me within days puts her in breach as well Yesterday morning she was telling me via email that a "3rd party was handling it" and it "was out of her hands" but as SOON AS I complained to the Revdex.com the money was back in my paypal in minutes so that was another one of her lies Ask Tina to provide proof of any time she tried to contact me and I didn't respond immediately Ask her to show one missed call to me I can provide several unanswered emails and phone calls She BLOCKED me on Facebook right after she decided to not sell me a puppy long before any of this had happened so I can no longer retrieve those messages but there were several FaceBook messages as well Look at her history--this is a pattern I had written my negative review and then I saw the other review that was written in December from another woman that was so similar to mine so tell me, am I lying or is she? You WILL see other negative reviews like this from this woman because this is how she does business She keeps saying "look at all the happy families who received dogs" but running a business well is about ALL the people you work with I didn't do anything (as the other woman probably didn't either) to offend or harass and I simply was asking about the dog I was to receive Tina ignored all correspondence I even had my husband call and she ignored him as well She keeps saying that she tried to contact me repeatedly but I guarantee she has no proof of that Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: Tina P*** continues to side step the issue she didn't provide an 8-week old puppy as I had talked to her aboutAt 16-weeks, Tina still gave me no indication of when I would get my dogShe seems to side step issues in text messages and only answers what she wants leaving me to ask her again and again "when will I get my dog" when (on social media) other families are picking up their dogs from her businessI'm even skeptical if she had the puppies to sellTime and time again, I asked her for pictures, videos and Tina sent generic photos that were probably from previous littersShe always had issues with internet and saying she emailed me things which she lied about just to say that she didI never signed anything regarding her polices or procedures and she continues to make up liesShe said she was going to put the dog on her website to advertise it but again.....nothing is there! I still want my $back and don't think she still has the dog any longer and is keeping my deposit.

Good Morning,I have publicly posted policies about our Contract and our Terms per WA STATEAs you can see, Mr*** (I have no idea who this poster is but I can tell you I dealt with *** ***, he and a child were the only two people that I met or ever talked to.)I have over texts
between me and Mr *** and I am once again disappointed that the whole picture isn’t portrayed as I?t happened.Mr*** hired an attorney who after reviewing all of the evidence decided not to take his caseMr*** had left out details with him too and once I provided him with the numerous texts he then seen that as portrayed here a few truths were left out.Mr*** picked up his puppy in my front yard , not my drivewayI have dogs and its easy to see them so that statement is untrue. I was told that the training fee wasn’t refunded by Mr***, so there is another suprise by me. Mr*** brought Pepper back to me when she was months old approxand I agreed to eval , as I am a professional traininer as wellI provided updates and I didnt hear from him for about months approxAll this time I solely provided her food and care. Mr*** wasn’t pleased with Pepper and upon returning, Pepper, told her own storyDogs dont lie and I’m just gonna leave I?t at that Pepper made progress under me*** still didnt want her so I offered him a replacement pup and he agreed as can be verified by the numerous textsAlso keepin in adhereance with my policies. As we were moving forward , he out of the blue sends me a text and says he wants a refundAgain, I have a non-refundable policy and if he was choosing to leave her then I would consider I?t a surrender per our signed contract which I have on file as well.Never as a text or email sent about biting, I have bred and placed dogs for years and known for some of the best temperaments , that this ONE female who has never even growled at me her entire time with me, I dont think so. Mr*** wanted me to change my business polices to suit him and when I wouldnt he decided to file a lawsuit against me and when that became obvious I?t has no merit, he came here in order to speak untruth in every effort damage my reputation and my business.There was no area where I failed to work with Mr*** inside our agreement , nor did I ever scam him. back to Pridezion for anotherDelays beyond my control are publicly and legally addressed on our website PoliciesBy insinuating that Pridezion is conducting illegal and unethical business practices outside of Pridezion's publicly posted business polices an intent to cause harm and or inflict damage to the reputation of Pridezion and falls under Slander and LiablePridezion simply put has a great reputation, as seen here by the many and numerous reviews that will continue to grow with each and every placement we makeThad is leaving out some very important and agreed upon information here (as in we agreed to refund once the puppy he neglected is revoked) Pridezion even has a signed agreement from him to do soPridezion finds it interesting he hasn't provided a complete picture here, rather a very shaded and secret picture of something altogether
