Ms *** contacted Prieb Homes regarding the cleaning of her duct work We explained to her that it was not in our sales contract to do any duct work cleaning She contacted a cleaning company, upon getting a bid, she contacted our office again wanting Prieb Homes to pay for this
service, we explained that duct work cleaning was not something that was included in the purchase of her home She then began to swear at myself on the phone voicing how horrible we are at building homes & how she was going to contact the Revdex.com I would be happy to provide a copy of the contract for the purchase of the home she purchased form us If she has something stating duct work cleaning would be completed, I would appreciate her sharing this with us We have gone above & beyond on our service items, one of the service managers in our office was even willing to schedule the appointments for her since there was a breakdown in understanding how to contact the subcontractors to come out & make any warranted repairs I hate to see any of our homeowners unhappy with any aspect of the home we build, however we can not provide services that were not paid for Prieb Homes will not be participating for any cleaning that is being requested I do request that all future correspondence with Prieb Homes regarding service matters be sent via email to '[email protected]' due to the nature of language what was used on the phone today Thanks

I am not interested in arguing over verbiage used during our phone call.  I understand peoples frustrations, however Prieb Homes will stand by the contractual obligations performing our agreed upon warranty.  Unfortunately, we do not have any duct work cleaning in our contract.  Please send any other 11 month warranty requests to our office for our service manager to process.  If the BB would like a copy of our sales contract I would be more than willing to send a copy over so we can close this file out.  Thanks.

1) I Personally made a site visit to Mr [redacted] house & went over a number of things with him.  (we can not adjust the grade in the back yard due to an engineered swale required by the city of Lenexa,- if it needs a retaining wall he will need to pay for it  per our sales contract, we...

replaced some scratched hardwood boards he didnt like, we replaced his garage door which he was unhappy with, we did some sheetrock work, as well as other items).  I have explained to Mr [redacted] his questions on the concrete fall within the tolerances in the warranty. 2) My [redacted] was playing games with us on turning his 11 month warranty request form in.  We emailed him several times he needs to turn it in at the 11 month warranty time frame.  Failure to do so in the contractually agreed time frame will result in an expired warranty.  Mr [redacted] kept resisting, finally submitting it after the 11 month time frame.3) We had a scheduled appointment a few weeks ago with him, he cancelled.4) We had a scheduled appointment last week & he was a no show.  - How are we suppose to service a customer with such neglect of the agreements in our sales contract that outlines the warranty process.- Mr [redacted] continues to ask the same warranty question & we continue to provide the same answers (concrete cracks will happen).  He doesnt like the answers & what is in our contract regarding this.- Mr [redacted] 'no shows' a warranty appointment, then turns around & writes the Revdex.com on us......this has been a struggle.

Yard is graded per civil engineered plans & signed off my the City of Lenexa.Fencing must be placed on the lot lines, per deed restrictions in the community.The lot line has a low area for water drainage.Sales contract when the house was purchased states any french drains needed will be paid for...

my the homeowner.We would be happy to provide a contact that performs work regarding french drains, however due to the agreement in our contract Prieb Homes does not participate in the costs for french drains.
