The work at the property was correct although his compliant was not accurateThis gentlemen contracted me to do work which I did correctlyBecause it slops I could no0t go back because of the abundance of rain we where receiving in July and August & SeptemberHad I went back to correct during
such rain it would have made more work for me and then I would have made this area worse with heavey equipment on itBecause his yard slops he really needs to do more to retain his property like a retaining wall or some tires of retaining wall The reason I did not go back is because the yard slops and it rained days in July, days in August and in SeptemberI went back and the end of Octobner and corrected a small area that I worked on and correct a drainage area that had washed away a bitI was not going to go back to this property because I feel this gentlemen was not seeing the issue at handYou do not work on hills in the rainIt must dry out and have a solid base.As stated this work that installed was corrected
