We cut corners in almost every facet of this work. The install manager smokes weed and is likely on other drugs as well. At least one of the three install guys is on drugs also. If you need something done CHEAP, this place is perfect, just don't expect it to be RIGHT or a PROFESSIONAL job. You might save a little bit of money in the short term but you will DEFINITELY pay for it in the long haul from all of the corners that they cut (just check out some facebook reviews). They are committed to doing things this way to keep themselves busy. I was fired for simply asking the install manager to intervene with a co-worker that was berating me and insulting me daily.

Review: The week after installation, the air conditioner froze up and was not cooling the house. At that time, the service personnel stated that the unit was wired wrong and the pressure was incorrect. On September 14, 2104, the unit was not cooling effectively and your technician reported it needed more coolant and added it to the unit. We did not begin to utilize the heat pump until November 1, 2014. On November 10, 2014, another service call was made because the unit was making loud banging noises and causing the lights to flicker. The technician came that same day and reported that the unit had too much coolant and removed some. On November 14, 2014 at 1:00 am, the unit was again making loud noises, then it kicked off, the lights went out in the residence as the electrical breaker was thrown. A phone call was made to [redacted] that morning at 7:30 regarding the incident and concern over all the issues this unit is having, he stated he would send someone out that day and that Prillaman HVAC would make this right. The technician came on that date and stated that the defrost board needed to be replaced and that they would replace it when it came in. On November 26, 2014, the technician installed the new defrost board around noon and with in 20 minutes the unit was again making loud banging noises and something in the furnace started clicking. The same technician returned around 2:30 to report that the new defrost board had burned up and that the unit was receiving too much of an electrical charge. He contacted the service manager for assistance and said that he would come on December 1, 2104 to assess the unit. A phone call was made to [redacted] to report the technicians findings and to request that a new Trane XR 15 heat pump be installed. Mr. [redacted] stated that the technicians needed to figure this out and again stated that Prillaman HVAC, Inc. would make things right.
