***I have received our first ever Revdex.com complaint since opening in We take great pride in our service to consumers since our business is service oriented.Prima Capelli Salon has been looking for a massage therapist for a few months nowWhen hiring, we look for the best in class for our
customerAt this time, we are still looking for the right person.It does state on our website massage page we are currently looking for that person.Regardless of the circumstances, this is what happened.The consumer that filed the complaint received a gift card apparently for a massage onlyWe do not have a gift card specifically for massagesLike most gift cards sold by companies, it’s can be used for anything in our salon.She only wanted to “cash in” her gift card since we could not accommodate her massage request.I do not know of any companies that would give cash back for a gift card purchased.Being president and owner of the salon, my staff was doing the right thing.I was out of town at the time of this situation and did not get a chance to call the consumer until after the complaint was filed.After talking with the consumer and hearing her side, I approved the $cash transaction for the gift card return since there were special circumstances.Once again, consumer satisfaction is a top priority at Prima Capelli SalonI believe this situation is resolved and the complaint is closed.Let me know if anything else is needed
