We have used Wade Heating & Air to replace two old units and install a new third unit at our office over the last yearsThey have always arrived in a timely manor and with all materials needed to make the repairsinstallationTheir service technicians were friendly, professional, and seemed eager to complete their task I would absolutely use them again, as well as recommend their services

Terrible service and workRun as fast as you canI was quoted and paid for a SEER split furnace/ AC systemThey decided to give me a lower efficiency heat pumpThey refused to give me what I paid for because there mistake would have cost extra to give me what I orderedIt was for new construction job and I needed to close on house so they got paidNow I am guessing due to their shotty work, you can here my AC compressor down the blockThis top of the line Trane was sold with a great warrantyNow they won't even come fix a unit less than two years oldSpent well over $20K with them*** at the shop is irrational and refuses to hone up to their mistakesDon't go any where near this company unless you just like drama and heartacheCall me for more info if neededMike F* ***

My complaint in regards to Wade Heating & AC is with their customer serviceI requested a service on my AC because it wasn't draining properlyThough the system was well-aged, it performed perfectly fine other than this drainage issueThe technician did seem to repair the drainage, but within an hour of his leaving the system completely shut downEven the thermostat power was downI called the company and spoke with ***, who was very firm in saying the unit needed to be replaced and he would not send the technician back outI continually asked him to please just send the technician to discover why the system went into safety shut down, when it had worked perfectly fine until then
He also refused to give me an estimated installation date of new system until I committed to purchasing one from themIn August, I wasn't willing to commit not knowing when the install would be
So I climbed in the attic myself to discover that the technician had simply stepped on the plug to the condensate pump on his way outI plugged it back in and the whole system kicked back on and stayed onIt was a simple mistake that I do not fault the technician for, but I do find it unprofessional that they refused to come back and determine the reason for the shut down
I would also like to note that *** made several references by phone and in the invoice that the drain pan and condensate pump had been "rigged"Well, it was Wade Heating & AC that rigged the pump and pan just a few years ago
So I called to register my complaint with Wade and the lovely receptionist assured me Mr*** would call meHe never didWhen I received the invoice I sent a letter to Mr*** with the payment, asking that he decide whether to cash the check or not based on my complaintHe cashed the check and has yet to reply to my complaint by phone or letter

As soon as she came to after surgery, she was in extreme pain. Unbelievably, the doctors didn't believe her, saying she had the epideral and that she shouldn't be in pain. She was in tremendous pain. Her upper body felt numb, but the surgery involved the lower body, which leads us to believe the epideral was incorrectly administered. They offered to do another epideral. No way! Every doctor who visited post surgery, had a different story about the epideral and gave contradicting information. Then there was the problems related to post surgery care! The hospital was overbooked with patients, so my wife was placed in a holding room the size of a closet, overnight! We recently purchased a motorcycle from Michael's Reno Powersports and hindsight being what it is, plus had my circumstances been different, we would have never chosen this dealership to purchase from. We will not purchase from them in the future and certainly will not recommend this business to others. We do not live in Reno and at the time we were on a cross country motorcycle trip.We needed the new motorcycle to complete the trip

Our requirements for the purchase were . . .

Have a hitch installed on the new motorcycle.
Be able to deliver the motorcycle by a certain date
Provide a cable to connect the new motorcycle to my existing trailer

For the sake of brevity, a brief description of the problems encountered are provided. The issues are . . .

The hitch had to be ordered. The hitch was delivered and installed a day later than discussed. This caused a delay in our departure, which ultimately caused more expenses for us at our destination.

It turned out that the interconnecting cable that was discussed, does not exist (the manufacturer of the bike does not sell this item). We had to fabricate one.

Our trade was inspected twice, the first time early in the day, when a trade in figure was established. The trade was re-inspected later in the day and the dealership lowered the trade figure, causing a renegotiation of the deal. Why two inspections . . . no clear answer to this.

We never saw the salesperson after the first day of purchase process (that person was absent from the dealership). From the second day on we were handed over to the finance person. We basically had to bring that person up to speed on what had been discussed/promised during our conversation with the salesperson.

The Certificate or Origin, required to title the motorcycle in our home state, was not provided to us. Later, the Certificate was sent to the our local DMV (DOR) but was sent out five days after we were told that it had been mailed. In the meantime, the temporary registration had expired, forcing the motorcycle to be parked.

Errors were found on the paperwork associated with the sale.

The sales manager and the owner were contacted about the issues. The sales manager responded with a marginal apology and an offer to sell us accessories at "deep discounts". The owner has yet to respond.

The overall attitude of the dealership sales personnel and the owner, appear to be apathetic and they display disinterest in problems that were created during the sale. The "business as usual" approach, regardless of how it affects the sale appears to the the norm. My recommendation . . . shop elsewhere first, then if you want to compare, try out Michael's, then judge for yourself.
