This is in response to the issue raised by [redacted] regarding a refund check.A refund check # [redacted] was written (dated July 16 2016) for the same amount as mentioned in the letter and sent to [redacted] even prior to us receiving this letter from Revdex.com.

contacted and for what we gather, he is currently out of town but should he have any issues with getting the check ,he can contact us directly via this email ( cc to him) and we will be more than happy to address the issue or write another check.Our Clinic has a policy to refund any duplicate payments and this is done on a recurring basis after verification of the account. thx
