This patient did not advise our office when she made her appointment she had a vision plan; she only presented her medical insurance cardThis is her responsibility to know if she has a vision planHer medical plan was billed and the exam cost was
applied to her deductableThis is her responsibility, but can be revised to $115.00, which is a self-paying patient costShe was advised by mail each month of her outstanding balanceThis is documented in her patient fileHer eyeglasses can be repaired at no cost if she contacts our office and asks for our optician.Primary Eye Care did submit her insurance correctly, as she presented it to usHer eyeglasses will be repaired for freeDrM*** did receive a message about this to his knowledge or he would have responded immediately as he is doing nowThe patient’s balance owed is $Please advise her of this, as will we

I am rejecting this response because:
As I've stated before, I have NEVER had to let Primary Eye Care know in the past what
vision plan I hadI simply gave them my ID cardWhy would this visit be any different?
I have received only letters about the outstanding balanceOne dated August 21, (which I have admitted to placing aside) and the other dated October 13, which I
acted uponIf I had received any other notices I would have acted immediately since I
thought the issue was resolvedI pay my billsI would not let my good credit rating be
affected for $They can say all they want these letters were sent every month
and that it is documented but I did not receive the lettersI did leave a message for DrM*** to contact meIt is not my fault they did not
give him the message or if they did, he ignored itThis matter has been very upsetting to meI would like it to be resolvedI feel very strongly I am not responsible for the outstanding balance.

I spoke with David T[redacted] @ Primary Eye Care yesterday, 6/3/2015. I wanted
you to know how professional and helpful he was. We were able to settle
our dispute. In fact, I had an appointment today, 6/4/2015, and Mr. T[redacted],
Dr. M[redacted] and the technician were all very accommodating. 
I wanted to add this to the complaint since it is posted and wanted others who
can review the complaint see how David T[redacted] was willing to work with me.
However, I was unable to find where I could do this. If you can direct me on how
to do this or if you are able to add this to the complaint I would appreciate it.
