Review: Sept 13, 2013 had my eyes checked by Dr. [redacted] at the Primary Eyecare Center in Atascadero CA. I was called to pick up my glasses. The glasses were just handed to me. No fitting. They were so strong I couldn't wear them. I went to the San Luis Office. The lady (Laura) that help me tried to figure out the problem. They change my lens twice. (I have worn progressive lens for many years.)She put me in computer glasses. That didn't work. Too strong, and did have distance. I used my frames from last year. Finally she told me that there was nothing more they could do. After 2 attemps they would be loosing money. We finally figured out that my original glass were just out of adjustment. I'm wearing them now. and doing fine. Laura and I went over all of this. I'm out of pocket $533.50.Desired Settlement: There concern is about them loosing monies, not about my vision. I feel they should give me a refund. Again original glasses were just out of adjustment. I have been going to this office for many years. Went back to office on 3 different occasions. Not sure of dates. Between Sept. 13 2013 Pick up glass on Dec. 30, 2013 and had old lens put back in.
