I have emails showing theyou stated they would get AOR to replyAOR nor lazy lakes ever took care of our reservations If a refund is not done we will file a small claims case. Lazy lakes had the option to resolve this but instead continued to harass usNo where did they tell us there was not an option to stop use and fees of lazy lakes so if that is their excuse, it is laughable

We are willing to pay our debt however, we would prefer to pay Niagara Lazy Lakes monthly payments directly and not deal with Bayside Recovery. Niagara Lazy Lakes has hired an unprofessional collection agencyTheir collection company called several times during our work hours, harassed, swore and threatened us. We would like our credit restored in good standing and I will be happy mail a collection of checks to be cashed per date each month if Niagara lazy Lakes is willing to work with us. After talking with Mr*** one final time on July 17, to settle this matter, Mr*** still refuses to honor his contract and pay the Niagara’s Lazy Lakes maintenance fees. Therefore, Lazy Lakes is cancelling his membership per his contractMr*** has defaulted and our remedies are being enforced as of todayLazy Lakes considers this matter to be resolved and will have no further contact with Mr***.I have attached a copy of the default and remedies as per page of his membership agreement Thank you Timothy B*** Owner

To Whom it May Concern: Mr& Mrs*** signed a contract with Niagara’s Lazy Lakes Camping Resort on January 26, for a 10-year trial membership. At that time, they agreed to pay semiannual maintenances fees due May 1st and November 1st of every year until their
contract expired. Mr& Mrs*** were delinquent on their Lazy Lakes maintenance fees that were due on November 1, 2016. We had tried several times to contact them by phone to no avail. On February 14, a letter was sent giving them days to pay the balance owed or contact us to make payment arrangements or we would be forced to send their account to our collection agencyWe never heard from them. They were billed again on May 1, 2017. We had still not sent them to collectionsOn June 21, I sent *** *** an email regarding her maintenance feesShe replied that their membership had endedI replied that her membership did not expired until January 26, 2018. She called me later that day and set up a payment arrangement. She agreed to pay $per month until her account was current beginning on July 5, I then told her that if she could not make the payments as agreed to either call me and or send me an emailOtherwise her account would be turned over to collectionsWe received a check from her right away on June 30th. Then another on August 8, and the next on September 15th. We did not receive a check or an explanation in October and since they had defaulted on the agreed payment arrangement on November 3, I sent her account to Bayside RecoveryBayside Recovery has contacted and spoken to both Mr& Mrs*** and they have mailed checks to Lazy Lakes and those checks have been forwarded to Bayside. I emailed both Mr& Mrs*** on December 4, and told them to mail any checks in the future to Bayside and gave them the address. They mailed the next check to Lazy Lakes and it was returned because we no longer have their account. The fact of the matter is, Mr& Mrs*** set up payment arrangements and defaulted on the arrangement with no explanation. Their account will remain with Bayside recovery until it is paid in full. I’m not sure where Tracie got the balance of but their current balance is $ Although their contract will expire on January 26, 2018, they still need to pay the arrears in full to terminate their contract. They must speak with Bayside to set up payment arrangements with them. I'm sorry Mrs. [redacted] is still not satisfied with our response to you and to when she emailed me after my reply to her complaint.  My answer each time was (is) the same.  As I have stated, Mr. [redacted] is very professional and would never swear, harass or threaten anyone.Mrs. [redacted] defaulted on the payment arrangements she made with us.  She was to make payments on the 5th of every month and didn't do that. She was told when we spoke that if she could not make a payment at any time to either call or email.  She did neither when her payments were late or when she didn't make a payment in October. As a result I turned her account over to Bayside Recovery where she must call and make arrangements.   Mrs. [redacted] did pay $60 to Niagara's Lazy Lakes on November 17
after she was already contacted by Bayside Recovery.  I'm sorry but her
account will remain with Bayside Recovery. She must contact them at
