Good Afternoon Ms [redacted] I'm writing to open complaint number [redacted] a previous resident of Primas Property residing at Sawbury Commons Apartments ( [redacted] Blvd, Columbus, Ohio 4325) [redacted] is currently disputing a balance charged for $dollars of her security deposit This statement that was written by [redacted] stated that the leasing consultant Laila C [redacted] was asked to do a walk through with her Our policy is not to walk through a unit when a resident is moving Once we receive a thirty day notice the resident must make sure the unit is in good condition according to their lease and only the documentation that has been written on the move in checklist will be honored as no charge; this was explained to her [redacted] received back of her security deposit which she clearly failed to mention My staff walked the unit thoroughly and the photos that she sent failed to show the unclean kitchen and bathroom She also showed photos of her refrigerator and this was not in question Attached I have all documentation of both lease terms starting from 5/01/to 5/31/2014, along with disposition charges I asked [redacted] to please provide me with her move in unit checklist which she did not All of this information was provided to her when she moved in the apartment Maintenance tech Terrill T [redacted] completed walk through to repair unit, his inspection sheet and move out inspection sheet has been provided We did a complete investigation before opening this case and found [redacted] should be responsible for those charges Please inform us how to proceed forward with our previous resident to resolve any additional issues Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you soon

Ms. [redacted] failed to communicate/respond in a timely manner 2 months has passed since my initial complaint to the property management and despite all the emailed documentation she still is refusing to refund the rest of the money owed from my deposit not to mention her unprofessional attitude.
