We are denying all issues in the statement as they are no longer on going to our knowledge Ms [redacted] did have a leak in her unit back in March but was repaired when reportedThis was from the upstairs bathtub She has also reported another leak in restroom in JulyThis has also been repairedThe issue for this leak was the a/c drip pan was overflowing We also have pest control that comes weekly but she has only requested to be on the list for treatment times(3/9, 5/9, 5/17)It has been months since she last reported any pest control issues Regarding the "mold", I sent maintenance to check on this immediately once we received the letter from the Revdex.com since this has not been reported to the officeMaintenance arrived and did not find any signs of mold Bathroom door was also reported in July and was repaired by maintenance We have not received any further complaints by Ms [redacted] since July 14, However, we understand Ms [redacted] has been very unhappy since she moved in to Primavera and I verbally offered to let her out of her lease without it affecting her rental history/credit on August 9, I let her know she could either move out at the end of this month August or September but it must be the last day of the month, must have a $balance at the time of move-out, and must leave the apartment in good/ clean conditionI let her know she could not be refunded any of her money as she requested as her "desired settlement"Ms [redacted] agreed and said she would notify me if she would move out this month or nextI have typed up a letter in regards to this and I am waiting for her to come in and sign itOnce it is signed I can forward it to you if neededPlease let me know if you need anything else from me Thank you
