In September of 2013, Primavera Online High School received a transcript request for [redacted].  The transcript was mailed on 10-4-2013 to a P.O. Box per the request.  In January of 2014 Primavera Online High School received a 2nd request for the transcript to be sent to...

[redacted] High School.  The transcript was mailed to [redacted] High School on 1-16-2014.  [redacted] (Records Seretary) at [redacted] High School confirmed that they had received the transcript and it is on file at the High School.  Primavera Online High School's records department tried to reach [redacted] on 3-19-2014 to relay this information.  [redacted] was unavailable and a message was left explaining that the transcript had already been received by [redacted] High School.  Primavera Online High School is more than willing to resend the transcript if that is needed.

Once submitting all my necessary documents for application at Primavera Online High School, I believed I was set and ready to start my class whenever my advisor from Primavera notified me. However, I hadn't received anything from my advisor for weeks and when I tried reaching out to her, she wasn't in. The next day, I tried again, and she still wasn't in. So, I call another advisor to ask about my documents and when my class would be starting. I was denied the class because my documents were too blurry to read by picture, but I never received any sort of information about this, no one told me to resend them or anything of the like. I ended up missing my enrollment by TWO DAYS. I had tried contacting my advisor the day before and she hadn't been in, either!

Primavera admitted that the fault was on their side since my former advisor had actually called, left me a message on my voicemail, and after only one attempt, she denied my application! After resending my documents, not taking another picture, I just dug up the documents on my computer that had been claimed to be too "blurry" to read, and sent them over. Another advisor on the phone told me they looked perfectly fine, and I explained that those were the exact same documents that were once too "blurry" to read, aka the reason I wasn't able to enroll in time for my class.

Since the fault was on the school, I figured they would have some leniency on me since I had done everything I needed, I sent in everything on time and perhaps start the class late. But I was informed that, despite the company being at fault, I still needed to enter my class at a later time! I even specified that this would seriously ruin those 6 weeks of my Primavera studied because school started when they wanted me to begin classes, plus, I am active in extra curricular activities. Hence the reason I needed to complete my coarse over the summer when I could get everything done.

I had an advisor that informed myself and parent that she had lost track of a few things and would contact one of us when she got to my application! One phone call and I get denied enrollment for documents that weren't as blurry as they stated!

My advisor was irresponsible and rude, but the people actually trying to aid me in getting some sort of exception (since the entire issue was not my fault, as stated by Primavera). Yet, I didn't get an exception simply because they "weren't doing it anymore". It was totally at the fault of Primavera and I had done all that was asked of me, all that I could do, yet I still need to suffer for the company's wrong doings.

Review: Well I attended Primavera online school the summer of 2013 for a Spanish 2 class. I waited till I started my Junior year in August of that year at [redacted] High School to call records and see if they had received my transcript and they had not. I called Primavera requesting my transcript, I was told they were sending it out right now right away. I waited over two months and nothing. My mother called she was told the same thing and I waited another month and a half and nothing . I called for the third time and two and a half months later I still don't have my transcript at my school. My credits are not accurate because of these actions. I am really tired of having to call and ask for my transcript again and again when I worked really hard for it.Desired Settlement: I wanted my transcript sent to my school IMMEDIATELY so my credits can be at the correct number and I can start applying to universities.
