I walked in to the location wFourth street in santa ana on Saturday to get a doll for a I was told I would receive it on MondayI went monday- nothingWas told it was going to be ready TuesdayWent Wednesday and nothingcalled thursday they would hang up, promised me to be delivered FridayFriday comes and nothing I go and talk to them and they wont refund my money nor give me what the promised meI find out the lady "martha" isnt who she says He name is gerojina guillen and works with a guy named julianI found out that julian never gives customers their correct orderWe confronted them but julian hide always saying he was in la or in luch or on his wayWe hardly heard from himWe also found out that many people have been scammed by themThey cancel your banquets, orders, and only take your money
