Our child was having some health issues and we had Prime 1 come out and check for mold. We found mold in the walls and the bathroom due to a leak. Prime 1 did a great job in walking us through the process and working closely with the remediation contractor.

I recently had the opportunity to have Jason from Prime 1 consulting come to my Harvey damaged home. I had already had my Federal Ins adjuster come to my home and do a full and comprehensive report of my damaged home. When the report came back I was disappointed in the dollar amount that was presented to me to repair and make my home whole again. My neighbor who was like me, disappointed in his claim/compensation as well, found Prime 1 and had Jason come and re submit a new inspection report.
