Dear *** ***, Upon review of *** ***'s file the original purchase price of the service contract was $3,that was paid by the lien holder At the time he requested a cancellation the lien holder was owed a total of $1,in which we had paid them
There is no outstanding balance owed to anyone The money that *** *** is requesting was what he had paid for coverage to the lien holder for his vehicle There is no full refund provided, *** *** paid for coverage on his vehicle until he cancelled his contract and we then paid the lien holder the balance due, both our portion and the dealers Gale *M***

I have received the above referenced complaintUpon review of on February 4, Bimmers Service Center called in a claim for the cylinder head and transmission on Mr***'s BMW 330CIOn that date, the adjuster spoke to the repair center and went over the claims
procedures and teardown requirements for the repairAfter discussion and investigation our corporation then authorized the claim limit of $1,500.00. The contract agreement states in section VGENERAL PROVISIONS “4. Limit of Liability - Our limit of liability is the Cost to repair or replace any covered BreakdownOur maximum liability per repair shall not exceed one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500)The total of all benefits payable for the term of the Service Contract shall not exceed the original Vehicle purchase price as shown in the Service Contract.”
The claim was called in for the repair of the engine and transmission and therefore the claim limit was then authorizedThe limit of liability is per the repair and this consisted of the shop repairing the vehicle at the initial claim opening for all repairs needed to have the vehicle become operational again regardless of the particular category the parts would be mentioned on the contract agreement. The parts listed are the covered components under the contract and are broken down by category for the customer's reference and have no relevance to the claim limit in the contractThe claim limit is for the repair of the vehicle and not for the category of the parts listed as Mr*** is claiming. Absolutely worst warranty company I have ever dealt with. They sell you this great sounding package that hooks you in, and then when you need it, you get the run around about " we dont cover that and to get it fixed this needs to be done first." They are a joke, stay as far away as possible from anything this company offers. I have been stuck without my truck now for 8 days do not know when I will get it back, and all rental that were supposed to be covered , have been out of pocket.

After almost two years,I had one claim and they refuse to pay for covered service with lies.
