The customer saw the AD on [redacted] but he never bought it on [redacted]. He offered me less than that what I had on [redacted] so he never bought it on [redacted] at the buy it now price. had he done it then he would have been under warranty from [redacted]. He flew to [redacted] and picked up the vehicle, signed all the documents including AS-IS disclosure. He did not bring anything about [redacted] at that time.
Zack [redacted] at Prime Auto Direct sold us a 2008 Hybrid tahoe. He said the check engine light was not on. WHen the vehicle finally arrived a month later. The check engine light was on and had two problems with the engine that needed repair. Zack also did not disclose the A/C was not operating or that the vehicle was a REPO.
He does not answer his phone after he has been paid. Please do yourself a favor and go buy a car from somebody who cares about their own reputation. Because Zack [redacted] whom operates 3 different company names in houston does not give a flying rat about the customer.
Oh yes and it also took him over 30 days to send the title. The California DMV charged us another $200 for this tardiness.
