I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have attached a report from a seperate mechanic who indicated the three areas where the car did not pass NYS inspectionThese three areas were the license plate lights (which were fixed); the check engine light (not fixed), and the emergency brake (not fixed)I did not concede that the emergency brake was workingWhile the mechanic demonstrated the emergency brake, he did not demonstrated its ability to hold the car in neurtal on an incline planeAdditionally he did not allow us to test the brake in front of himWhile the work mentioned (brakes, serpentine belt) were done they did not bring the car to standards that pass NYS inspectionThe verbally agressive nature of the owner prevented me from seeking further service from their businessRegards, [redacted] ***

Customer did come here with a concern about his vehicle and we immediately brought it in for serviceWe replaced his entire sub-frame at no cost to himCustomer asked us to look at his exhaust while we had the vehicle with the understanding that any cost would be his obligationWe did repair his
exhaust at no cost to him and asked him if while we had this apart would he like to replace the Y pipeCustomer did opt to replace the pipe which we did at no chargeCustomer paid our cost for the pipe and no labor charges what so everWhen Customer left here with his vehicle very happy and seemed very appreciative of our help to himWe as always will always go the extra mile to maintain customer satisfactionThis vehicle is not covered by any warranty and all repairs done are done simply to keep our customers satisfiedThis customer has not yet completed paying for this vehicle and has been treated with courtesy above and beyond dealership policyI would ask this customer to appreciate what has been done for him as I do not believe he would have given this kind of service any where else

issuesIt's loud to where I can get a ticket and still rattlesI was
told when I went to get my brakes done that when they took my
undercarriage they broke my rear passenger brake lineI was told that
the car should have never passed inspection at time of purchaseI still
owe for a vehicle that does not work properly and Believe it's a
lemon and want my money back or another car. Regards, *** ***

I have already answered this complaint, but I will respond againAt the time of purchase this vehicle was in excellent condition and not only passed a nys inspection, but is considered in exceptional conditionAfter the sale we did replace a license plate bulb that had blown after deliveryThe emergency brake holds very well and has always, never an issueThis customer herself agreed that it does work wellAs far as the check engine light being an inspection issue, all repair stations including the one she references know any vehicle will not pass the OBD scan as part of an inspection in nys with a check engine light and therefore would not have been able to be inspected or issued an inspection sticker at the time of sale This vehicle did not have any check engine indicator at the time of delivery, however this customer did inform me that a check engine light occurred after some time and we did in fact make repairs at no cost to this customer long after the saleWe did assist this customer with concerns she had after the sale and explained that we always offer any needed future repairs at a discount to this and all of our customersI would stress that we did and continue to make every effort to achieve the highest customer satisfaction ratingI assure you this customer was treated with kindness and respect as are all of our customers and I do take great offense to any allegation directed at our staff of any misconductAs earlier stated we do offer a 20% discount on parts and labor for every customer who made a purchase from our dealership

We did replace the sub-frame for the customer at no cost to himThe sub- frame is located in the front of the vehicle not the rear and it is not possible to have anything to do with a rear brake lineAs always our customers receive a discount on all auto repairs (parts and labor) for as long as they own the vehicleWe would be happy to address any concerns this customer has and repair them with all discounts possibleAs new york state dictates vehicles sold over 100,miles do not carry any warranty, however we did repair this vehicle at no cost to the customerI feel our dealership always goes the extra mile for each and every customer as policyI wish this customer would bring his concerns here to us and we would be happy to work with himWe also have no issue with this customer trading this vehicle in on another vehicle if he so chooses

I'm very sorry this customer is unhappyAs I stated to this customer we are a dealership that will always go above and beyond to make our customers happyOur mechanic did demonstrate the emergency brake with the customer in the car and it held very well, customer admitted to me that it held "very
well"Check engine light was addressed and the problem was corrected with a new wiring harness from *** for the fuel delivery systemThe license plate bulb of bulbs was replaced and was working at the time of deliveryWe installed new brake pads and rotors on all four wheels prior to deliverywe replaced a right side inner tie rod end also prior to deliveryWe did an oil change, light check, emergency check, all front end and suspension parts were checked prior to deliveryThis vehicle was in exceptional condition at the time of saleCustomer also had a concern that the serpentine belt was not new and she was afraid with her son driving itWe also replaced the serpentine belt for the customer at no charge just to try and satisfy this customerI feel this customer"s expectations are unrealistic in a used vehicleAttached is a list of the work performed on this vehicleIf you have any questions please do not hesitate to call our office
