Review: I was using this company to supply my sleep apnea equipment which my insurance company, [redacted] covers for the expenses except for my deductible. Prime Care sent a representative to my home to demo the new machine for me and told me there was a $100 deductible. I paid him and got a receipt. A month later Prime Care told me that I still owed them for payment soon after and refused to send me the masks and other parts of the machine I need until I paid it. They said that the rep they sent quite suddenly that day he came to my home after going on all his appointments. Although I had a receipt, Prime Care still said I owed them more money. I called my insurance company and they said my benefits cover all of the expenses and that never should there be a $100 deductible for anything and that Prime Care should reimburse me. It's been almost 6 months and all I keep getting are bills from Prime Care. The insurance company keeps contacting them to get them to reimburse me and Prime Care says they will and then I get another bill in the mail. Switching companies and filing a complaint about them with my insurance company is still not getting me my money back. Please help me to get my $100 back and review their practices. Sleep apnea is no joke and to hold back equipment from someone and try to keep charging for no service or equipment isn't right. Must be doing this to others too.Desired Settlement: I want my $100 back. I owe them nothing and I want them to apologize and admit that in writing.

I just received the complaint from Revdex.com regarding the above referenced patient. I am the [redacted] for the company and I went back in my records and ascertained that we did issue a refund check in the amount of $100.00 to [redacted] dated 4/**/14. I just checked with our bank and the check has not cleared as of this date. If it is acceptable, I will reissue the check and send it certified mail to [redacted] to assure delivery. I would like to say that this is the first that I have heard that payment was not received. I certainly would have addressed this matter before this complaint needed to be made. Please let me know if this plan is amenable and provide the address to which I can mail the check. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me.

Thank you for your quick response. They have said in the past they will issue a check and have not so I'd like to keep this complaint open until it's fully resolved. We are still receiving bills for their services yet no supplies or reports have been given EVER. I am uncomfortable with getting bills that are not substantiated with any service or supplies since this could negatively impact my credit rating.
