In response to Mr. ***'s complaint about the letter received, he is incorrect. First of all, the letter that was sent is not for a variable rate. It is for a 30 year loan with the rate fixed for 5 years. Variable rates do not have a fixed period of time. The advertisement is for a 5/1 ARM. There... is a disclaimer on the letter that addresses this as well. This is the same response that Mr. [redacted] was told. Mr. [redacted] has been removed from our database as well as added to our do not mail list.

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below My fundamental complaint is we specifically asked if Bi-weekly payments were available and were told by Prime Choice Funding they were indeed available and the way to set up bi-weekly payments was to contact the lender after closing We contacted them after closing and were told they were not available.I've made several attempts to work with Prime Choice Funding since late November when my loan closed and still have not been able to set up Bi-weekly payments At this point I do not see resolution to bi-weekly payments as promised by Prime Choice Lending and my only recourse is to manage bi-weekly payments manually through my payment structure Regards, [redacted]
