Placed a call to Closet Stretchers to have work done in my home A date was established to measure for design There were a few options I explained exactly and too my surprise when the installer finally arrived, he kept arguing with Carole (witness by a guest); that I was wrong and called back to his office several times, approximately two hours with nothing done All spoke in Spanish in front of me and I did not know what was said or explained (rude) Installer left in a hissy fit with his helper who did not speak at all I then called the office myself and kept asking for Michael and he was never there and did not return my phone calls for days When he did return call, I asked him to come to my home and see the issue Installer left in such a hurry, he left his tools and nails all over my floor, as I have an animal-dangerous When Mike showed up he brought a different crew and they used my old material to make repairs I then told Mike that the price needed to be reduced
