Prime Cut Distributing (PCD) received it's first and only notice of this complaint from Revdex.com on 10/26/2015 by way of certified letter via USPS. PCD never received a call, email, or letter prior to the said certified letter.

PCD return policy is three (3) days for a full refund and thirty days (30) for an exchange. With an exchange the unused product and boxes must be provided in order for us to see the issue and work with the distributor. This policy is in place as once the product is left with the customer we have no control as to how the product was handled. Such as, how long did the product sit out before it was placed in a freezer; was the freezer working correctly; was the meat thawed and refrozen.
According to PCD Sales Rep, he received the first call from [redacted] two (2) weeks after the purchase date. At which time, a full exchange for the product was offered for which was refused. PCD has repeatedly offered the customer an exchange for which she has refused every time.
PCD purchases the product from a distributor which comes to us prepackaged, frozen, and boxed. The customer never stated (in any calls) the product did not match what is listed on the box until this complaint. This issue PCD would appreciate seeing the meat and the boxes so it can be communicated to the distributor. This is not an issue PCD has ever experienced.
PCD has been in business for nearly two years. We have many repeat customers that love the product. This is the first and only customer PCD has not been able to satisfy after repeated attempts.

I am editing my last response after reading his letter to you. PCD never contacted until last week, so he lied saying that he had or someone had offered me options because of my complaints. Actually I would have accepted replacement at that time, but now I am stubborn and want a cash refund because of his lies. Last week was the only time I have spoken to anyone from PCD, and he was contrite and blamed his customer service employee (who he said he fired because he has not been taking care of customers complaints). He also said he has had to spend $5,000.00 to make "good" to his customers. He and I spoke for 10 minutes, he apologized and said "he had no idea that I had been trying to contact his company". So he is smooth on the phone but wrote lies to you and lied to me on the phone. He said that he would talk to his office manager and get back to me in 10 minutes. I have not heard from him or his company and that has been a week. I am going to pursue this because of the lies he wrote. Let's see if he contacts me, if not I will let you know. Thank you
