Prime Cut Lawn Care

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] It is obvious that no resolution will be reached concerning this caseI stand by the fact that services were not rendered as Prime cut has reportedI have investigated available legal recourse and submitted the evidence that on specific days in which prime cut has stated service was rendered, the lawn was not cutI have paid for the services received in and will send $for the one service received in I will not pay anything else!

Unfortunately this is a he said she said scenario. I also have time stamped routes and gps stops for my crews and routes. The house had been being cut all season. It's unfair that we provide a service and because she doesn't want to pay that excuses get made up.

I have investigated available legal recourse and submitted the evidence that on specific days in which prime cut has stated service was rendered, the lawn was not cut. I have paid for the services received in 2015 and will send $30 for the one service received in 2016. I will not pay anything else!
