We have discussed about this issue with [redacted] several time in an email, that our management will need a proof for the wrong/bad contacts  to take any decision regarding the refund without any proof/case study we are unable to request re-fund with our vendors & data verification team.   Please find the below email attempts that was sent to [redacted] Requesting for the same.   (We tried reaching on call but reached your voice mail couple of times.   [redacted]-in your previous emails you have mentioned saying that Considering the fact that you found about 40% bad contacts in the list, however  we don’t have a valid proof for these 40% bad contacts. Please find below the bifurcation of the same, you have used the list and confirmed us that 60% was ok and 40% was bad contacts this shows that you have used the list and now denying on that fact.   Our customer service team is trying to reach you but you have not responded or given any chance to understand the mismatch. The work order was signed for 27,000 contacts but we have delivered you about 38,000 contact till now for which we have  used lots of manpower and resources. & you have used a simple statement  (THEY CONTINUE TO ASK FOR RIDICULOUS INFORMATION) we are not asking for something unknown to you, since you have stated that 40% of the given contacts are bad & we are requesting for the excel report so that our data team & data vendors can double check the same & see what we can do next if the claimed % to be true but we have not seen any co-operation from your end for us to understand the concern apart from asking for the money back.   There were so many attempts to reach you & we have not received any responses for the voice mails. You're not the only client that I deal with, I have clients acquiring data from me every day and files going out my inbox. So there no word on cheating/ Scam.   We are here to serve you until you are 100% satisfied and I would be able to compensate these 40% contacts with relevant information. Please do not worry as we will do the best that we can to deliver the best contacts available. Your investment is safe with us and not like other companies that would do away with you as a client that easily. He has used the list and got about 41% bad contacts.   I explained on the phone to Prime Data Boosters on Friday that this was your FINAL chance to correct the incredible 40% plus incorrect contacts"   After [redacted]'s email we have delivered additional contacts to compensate the claimed 41% bad contacts.   And I also see that his domain is blacklisted.
