As of this complainat Customer has been an issues since day one From using foul Lanauge To my employees During a wood install , that has been completed and paid for Mr*** displayed anger issues to not only us , but to his wife and pets Since day one his been upset ,
trying to get free services We completed our install and have been paid in full Also paid a cleaning service to clean his house at no cost to him Everything has to be at his terms or else nothing is good enough As of the furniture , he has no records of us taking or any agreement to repair His lair with anger management issues He said " if you don't repair our furniture , I will report you and your company for thief I said , sir that's not our expertise So that's when he started cursing out one of my employees Furniture is not something we do Please understand we have great ratings and appreciate our customers But one thing in this business You can't win them all So clients are just trying to ruin a great thing . [redacted]I read the response from Prime Flooring. They must have forgotten they cashed my check #1197 as partial payment for materials and pickup/delivery of my furniture. I have included a copy of the cancelled check which also indicates  a Texas ID #[redacted] which expires on 07/03/2018. I was wondering why a Texas Drivers License was not used as Mr. [redacted] has been spotted driving his white pickup. Could it be he is driving without a valid license ([redacted]) ? . I also note the address provided is [redacted], San Antonio, TX, 78249  which is different than the address on his invoice and the P.O. Box he uses. Mr. [redacted]'s modus operandi is very similar to the same modus operandi listed for another company listed under the name "ALL FLOORS" which shares the same address as Mr. [redacted]'s old business, [redacted], San Antonio, TX 78237. He also was at [redacted], San Antonio, TX 78237. Multiple complaints were filed against Mr. [redacted] and basically, these complaints all have the same modus operandi. He takes the money from his clients and never returns to finish the job. Mr. [redacted] cashed my check as partial payment to start the job, picked up the furniture and then sent photos of the furniture which he was holding and which he refuses to return to me. I would have filed a Summons & Comlaint against Mr [redacted] but he has at least 10 other judgements against him already in Bexar County. I have yet to check Guadalupe County and Chambers county but there is additional information in those counties as well regarding Mr. [redacted]'s  background and character. Had I known of Mr. [redacted]'s criminal background and his penchant for stealing from his customers I would not have hired him. I will soon be sending you photos of my furniture Mr. [redacted] has stolen as well as copies of his text messages where by his tone he basically is flashing the middle finger at me. In the meantime, I have sent a copy of the cancelled check which Mr. [redacted] cashed as well as copies of the multiple judgements against him in multiple courts and evidence of his criminal background.
