well with no problems noted. We received a call from our customer that her car had broken down after going on some errands to the mall. She informed us that there was no water in the radiator and that the heater hose was cut. We informed her that we warranty all our installations but would need to confirm with the mechanic what was broken. She gave us the address and one of the owners of Prime Glass went to evaluate what was wrong. We where shown that the heater hose was fine. The repair shop said the heater core was damaged by our installer during the installation. The heater core is located under the dash of the car. We don't have access to the heater core at any time during the installation. Many cars have to have new heater cores installed after 10-15 years this car is 20 years old. Her heater core leaking has nothing to do with the installation of the ws.
