In response to complaint ID [redacted] please find attached emails and customer ledger notesI first would like to state that each and every customer has an individual code to gain access through the gate system, this code is for the protection of the customer and their belongings as well as staff, All customers who do not have their code must come into the office and show identification proving that they are the renter listed on the lease, these codes are not give to anyone except the person who is renting the spaceWe do reserve the right to ask a person to leave the premises if we believe they are a threat to our staff or property, also all Prime Storage Glassboro customers must have a signed electronic lease on file, if they do not they must come into the office to obtain oneAny person without a lease is in violation of the rental agreement [redacted] has failed to do any of these which puts him in violation and we reserve the right to terminate any previous or current agreements he may or may not have had with Prime Glassboro or Cross Keys Storage Prime Group Storage purchased the property in question Prime Storage Glassboro in January 2017, it was formerly known as Cross Keys Storage, The previous owner was [redacted] the sister of [redacted] whom had a unit with her during the time she owned the company and did not pay rent for the space and continued to rent with Prime Storage Glassboro thinking that he would not have to pay rent, but did begin to pay rent after his account went in to lien for nonpaymentMy encounter with [redacted] on July 1st was less than pleasant, To begin I have never seen this man until July 1st, he has not once come into the office, I still to this day have not been provided identification by him proving that he is the renter of this unit [redacted] arrive at the property located at [redacted] at approximately 2:p.m, according to the Digigate log, [redacted] was entering an invalid/bad code into the system thus not allowing him accessI myself was clocked out for lunch and not on the property at that time but did arrive back at 2:15, at this point I was walking to the door and as I was about to unlock the door he rolled down his window and screamed give me my (expletives) gate code, I looked at him and let him know that I was on lunch and could help him in a minute ( I was not into office yet to clock in to help him) he than began yelling and screaming profanitiesI entered the office and clocked back in, at this point he was on his cell phone and punching in a code, the code that he used to make entry was [redacted] this is/was the relief manager code ( my code) this is also a code used by the previous owner and they knew what it was because it is the last digits of the property phone number, the person that gave him the code was his sister *** [redacted] I walked out and politely asked him to leave the property, that he was trespassing and used a code that was not his to gain access, still not providing identification he again began screaming and cursing at me stating that he could do what he pleased and I wasn't going to stop himI again asked him to leave since he is not using his code and isusing the company code, he ignored me and I told him that I would contact the police if he did not leave., again hebegan yelling and cursing.I came back into my office and contacted the [redacted] Township Police Department, I explained to dispatch the situation and they stated an officer would come outOfficers arrived, I explained to them what [redacted] had done and let them in the gate to talk with himThe officers came back to me and stated that they would not remove him because [redacted] told them that he/ his sister was the owner of this storage facility, I explained to the officers that his sister was once the owner and that it is now owned by Prime Storage, they advised me to just let him do what he needed to do and then he will leave, I received no help from the officers and still at that point no one provided me with any identification for this person. After [redacted] exited the property I went into my gate system and deleted the code that he used to prevent this from happening again [redacted] then began sending emails to my property email demanding that his rent and fees be waived, that I was rude to him, then he made it personal by speaking to a previous employer of mine who I have found out happens to be his sister [redacted] husband [redacted] He continued sending emails and making contact with our call center badgering them about wanting fees waivedI passed all of this information notes, emails and voice recordings over to my supervisors and they agreed that he was at fault and that no fees or rent would be waived Each and every customer has a ledger and we make entries into the customer account of any and all contact, Please find attached emails and customer ledger notes. As of this date [redacted] has paid the rent and fees due to Prime Storage and that he will be vacating the storage unit[redacted] 's claims are truths and I respectfully ask that this claim be dismissedThank YouLinda P***, Facilities ManagerPrime Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Most of her response is a blatant lie I don't desire to waste anymore time dealing with such an unethical person...I was originally just trying to hopefully help someone else not have to deal with such a horrible woman, but I guess she wins Good luck to her Regards, [redacted]
