company as to help her pay and it was a valid claim. we represent her and we got it covered. small claim but it helped her.
in short, Prime Home honored and satisfied her claim. the repairs specified on the claim is done. Again this is a small area that needed to be repaired and we did per insurance scope of work. Yes, we did put some scrap in her garbage can outside but by no means was that entire job debris. The existing floor in house (laminated) is approx. 40 years old and had a green paint splatters from past which you can not even see unless you bring a bight flash light. Green is the color painted over in her kitchen. She insisted this is from our job. we use white water based paint to paint the kitchen ceiling. Our company crew covered up with plastic the entire floor and walls. if splattered it will only take a wet rag to clean up. In my last day of cleaning, myself spent about 3 hours cleaning (small area) the entire kitchen floors, walls, cabinets, etc which I have pictures of it. I was really concerned about it when she came with a some kind of cleaning brush and started cleaning around the base trims in areas that dust has accumulated over the years in areas that we did not even did any work such as behind front entry and behind living room base trims and so she claim that that was from us. if there was any to clean, it was dust. The ceiling was done professionally and complete and correctly.
Note: Her advice we learned is apparently coming from her neighbor. We asked if we could discuss with this person so they would also understand that these stains were from past. Again the job is done. we went far and beyond our responsibility. So at this point, she had not paid her bill but $500. this job is done and complete so anybody can go and look at it.

Also, my comments regarding the preparation and clean up had nothing to do with the ceiling outcome, but, if necessary, I can refute their explanations/comments. By the way, I have had the TWO new roof vents replaced and a new kitchen light fixture installed.
