Review: what attracted me to this company was the ad that said $59 credit repair after I paid the $59 I found out that I had to pay $450 upfront or 550 in two payments to get any kind of credit repair I was leary of this at first after I spoke with the guy he guaranteed me that the issues I was having we're going to be resolved or I would get my money back after I did this I waited several weeks did not receive any results I called the company several times ask for help left messages took days to get any kind of response could not speak to the gentleman that I am usually talk to that I asked to go over any kind of contract with me the man they guarantee my money they told me I was not eligible refund that I would have to pay them for 6 months worth of work I was never told this I would have never done if I don't know thisDesired Settlement: when I initially spoke to the gentleman I understood that the 59$ was not refundable however my 450$ what is refundable I asked several times all I want is my $450 and to warn other customers and they should not be false advertising

This company response is in regards to a complaint ID [redacted] by [redacted].

This customer signed into services with our company on 3/18/2013 and agreed upon the service details of the contract. All services were fully rendered in accordance of the agreement and all payments for services occur in arrears of completed work. This customer do not qualify for a refund as our refund policy only refunds customers who allow the company to work a file for 180 days but then receive no results from our services. This customer has not allowed 180 days of service to be completed thus nullifying the guarantee/refund policy.

This customer’s account has been cancelled as requested on 4/30/13. We wish this client all the best but all payments were in result of completed work and thus not refunded.

Review: The company promises via their salespeople that they can improve your credit score for more than 100 points !!! And if not you can obtain a refund !!!They also stated to me that with my credit report it should not take more than initial payment of $450.00 !!!!!!Then they send you a bunch of Contracts that they request you to sign asap to start the process ..sometimes with a follow up call or email !!!! I confirmed with a follow up call to one of their salespeople that the 100+ guarantee was in the contract and real. That was confirmed!!!! Then after the first 60 days they had only a 15 point increase ..and said that I should really extend for another 30 days for $ 89.99 to get the full effect. I told them to go ahead ONLY if they could get my points up to the +100 that was promised and if not to stop any further charges !!!When the 30 days passed I noticed that they charged another $89.99 so I checked my score ...it had increased by +15 points only!!! One day after the next charged was made I called them and told then about my findings..they said that I was looking at the wrong information and they would check it out for $25.00. They came back with an increase of only +30 points!!!! So I asked them immediately to stop all activity and reverse the last charge that was made a few days ago for 30 days. They said that it was too late , the work was already started ..but then they cancelled my access to the site and still kept the charge and refused to reimburse it !!!! That is where things stand now !!!! Do not use this service it is not professional and seem to be just interested in money not in results !!!!Desired Settlement: Since the increase was only about 30 points and no where close to the 100+ promised !!! A refund of all charges and a stop to the "unethical" sales practices used with me.

This customer signed into services with the company and a copy of this agreeement has been provided to the customer. All aspects of the agreement have been fully rendered and results have been achieved. It is for this reason that a refund was not initially awarded as the company did nothing wrong as it was contractually obligated to. The company did however offer future discounts to services for which the client declined.

We wish this client all the best but all fees have been paid for rendered/completed services and results have been achieved.

They did not address the issue of why two sales Personnel promised me that if the score did not increase by +100 that I would obtain a refund !!!!
