I've been renting from this company since June 20th 2015, I'm paying $for rent and the apartment is falling apart since I've moved inThe place was misrepresented, (egrepairs, and or finishing code violations) and I feel jilted, and used because all I re rice is lies about where my money for rent paid has gone and promises of repairs that's needed to be done! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Renters beware! Abidan [redacted] needs to be ashamed of himself conducting business as such!

I've been renting from this company since June 20th 2015, I'm paying $1400.00 for rent and the apartment is falling apart since I've moved in. The place was misrepresented, (eg. repairs, and or finishing code violations) and I feel jilted, and used because all I re rice is lies about where my money for rent paid has gone and promises of repairs that's needed to be done! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Renters beware! Abidan [redacted] needs to be ashamed of himself conducting business as such!

Review: My lease was broken due to the repair violations in the apartment .The repairs needed to be completed since 12/2014. I informed Prime Lerner that there was an infestation of mice in the apartment and my ceiling was leaking and damaging the appearance of the apartment. When it rained or snowed outside the ceiling started to leak. The plaster fell in the ceiling area. The mice ran thru the apartment all night long. from the kitchen to the bedroom. I was informed on 6/1/2015 that a walk thru would have to be completed before I move out in the apartment . The staff completed the walk thru on 6/8/2015. On 7/25/15 I informed Prime Lerner that I was moving out of the unit located at [redacted] 07102 . I requested the instruction of my security deposit via text and phone calls from 7/25/2015 to 8/26/2015. No one would call me back or reply.I informed the Prime Lerner on 9/3/2015 that if no one contacted me that I will have to take legal action . On 9/8/2015 I was informed that I can come to the office pick up my security. Upon picking up the security deposit primer provide an invoice stating that the panted and cleaned the apartment and used my security deposit to pay for the cost of service and repair.

Prime Lerner failed to notify me within 30 days of me moving of the unit along with other issues. Primer Lerner seems to be in the making a Slum lord. Only care about the profit and not the tenants. I warn anyone that gets into business with this company. Make sure you get everything I mean everything in writing. Poor customer service. Poor turn around time on any projects. Poor attitude towards things that may seem important to the tenant.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to invest in time to resolve tenant issues instead of looking for the pay out. I would like the full balance of $1350.00 + $ 42.00 and $872.20 the security deposit along with any time and filling fees and time that I took of from work that accumulated.

Review: in june I was trying to find a new apt to move in to in July and got involved with a real estate company PRIME LERNER [redacted]gave them the 1.5 month security deposit and thought all was good. July 1st comes around we did a final walk through and they informed me that the GAS LINE has not been ran to the apt. so I was supposed to move in to a apt with out gas to cook or to take a shower in with my 12 year old son??? I told them I had to pull out of the leas because the apt is NOT READY as they had advertised. it has been 7 days now since I told them I had to pull out of the lease and they have NOT RETURN my security $2125.00. what am I to do??Desired Settlement: I Want my Security deposit back ASAP I think they should be paying me for any inconvenience that I had because they are holding my money to top it off I lost out on a few apt now because I didn't have the security deposit money back
