I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11816922, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [redacted] ***

This is in response to the Complaint received regarding providing receipts for Childcare payments As I informed the Father previously, on May 16, 16, He asked for copies of the Mothers’ receipts showing her Child Care payments, I have never received a payment from the Father, therefore, I
stated to him that I was unable to provide him the copies and that he must contact the Mother for that information or provide a Court order requesting them, and furthermore, even with a court order I am not required to provide that information to him The Father has constantly caused issues regarding the receipt of information that he is not entitled to The father has taken the Mother to Court approximately six times since the children has been in my care, which stared in March 2016, trying to lower his child support Because of his constant quest for information concerning his Ex- Wife, such as the request for copies of the sign in sheet used dailyHe used this information in a derogatory way, which led to him calling her place of employmentI felt that the information that I use for my business was used inappropriately Therefore, in order, to protect my Business and myself, as well as the privacy of each Parent because of their frequent disagreements, a separate sign in sheet is part of my policyNeither Parent has access to the other’s sign in sheetThe only information shared would between both Parents would be in regards to their, care, health and safety. I also stated to the Father, again, just recently on 11/8/16, as he requested copies of her payment receipts, stating that it was for tax purposes, which he is not allowed to file for either child I informed him that my policy has not changed, I am not required to provide this information unless he actually pays me himself then I would be glad to provide him with his receiptsAnd furthermore, never once has he ever questioned the care of his Children And that is the purpose of my business, not to assist in settling child support issues. The Father has provided information in his complaint because he has never provided me with any legal documentation, where would he get this documentation from, Child Support (DCSE) has nothing to do with Childcare payments, they only handle child support and does not provide information on how his child support payment is distributed once they have been paid, nor do they suggest receiving receipts for expenditures by the children’s mother And if there were a court order I would have received a copy of the order as well has himThis would be considered a defamation of my Business practices And the Father must be aware of those consequences. The father has never given me any payments for his Children's childcare only the Mother Therefore, I will not be providing payment receipts to the father, he may contact his Children’s mother for her receipts, therefore protecting my business in which he is trying to discredit as he has tried to do on several occasions He stated that he was going to take me to court because I did not provide the requested receipts, I will use the information in his complaint at that time It is unfortunate that he has used this avenue by contacting your establishment to settle this matter, because his other attempts has failed
