Prime Mobile - AT&T Authorized Retailer

My experience with Att&t has been horrible. I switched to this company from Sprint. I was told they would pay for my bill up to 500.00. So I paid for a deposit of 327.00 to switch. Well only to find out it was a scam. They only gave me me 182.00 it was a gluten h in the whole process. If I knew this I would have kept Sprint and dealt with them. Now I'm stuck with bills from both company. I advise anyone to run from Att&t. Their employees have bad attitudes when you ask for help inside the stores. At this point I feel like I'm been mistreated because of my color. I should have stayed with Sprint. It's a Shane these companies can get away with this.
