I came to this dealership as a last stop after visiting a lot of corporate dealershipsI have to say these guys posses a lot more customer service and knowledge about their vehicles then any corporate dealer I've ever visited or purchased fromI'll be honest I was a little skeptical considering this is a privately owned dealer but they sure did prove me wrongI hope this review will be helpful to other consumers such as myself that are skeptical about small dealersThese guys are true professionals in their fieldI'd like to point out one gentlemen that I was dealing with his name is Alim, and he truly amazed me with his customer service and his knowledgeI'm very pleased and I have already sent them one of my family membersNot only did I get a great price on a car I was looking for which I'd like to point out all the corporate dealers had were over priced, but they also gave me a phenomenal interest rateI'm truly enjoying my new MercedesThank you

LLC, I personally, and my co-worker Kevin assisted inThe young lady that purchased the vehicle was very rude and condescending through out the entire processShe purchased a used vehicle in pristine conditionShe also purchased it at a phenomenal priceWe here at Prime Motors strive to provide exceptional customer service to everyone that walks through our doors no matter of how they treat us, IT'S OUR POLICYThe young ladies uncle that came in with her, was threatening myself and my co workers and I quote "I'm from the South Side, and yall bamas don't wanna start nothing with me., etc..." I supplemented a few words due to the fact that they are inappropriateThe issue that came up with this vehicle according to the customers is that, they don't like a noise that the sunroof makes when it closesWe checked out the sunroof upon consumers request and found no malfunction with itFrom that point on, the customers were displeased with anything that we would tell themWe've tried to accommodate them in every way possibleIf there is anything else we could do please feel free to reach us anytime. mention that all the statements made in her letter are false** *** *** and her Ex Husband to purchase a *** ***He Ex husband was approved for the vehicle listed above, and came to purchase itUpon preparing the paperwork we discovered that there was a issue with the title issued for the vehicleThe issue was that DMV made a mistake when they recorded the miles, and we were getting that issue resolvedThe bank that approved him needed the issue corrected prior to them accepting the dealOnce I've explained the issue to them they were fine with it and understood everything and actually even thanked me for being honest with themBut they were still determined to purchase a vehicle due to the fact that they needed another vehicle in their householdAt which point they chose the *** ***We got *** *** pre-qualifed for the vehicleThey test drove it, checked it out and agreed to purchase itOnce the vehicle has been delivered to the customer that day, customer called us the following week to state that she had a couple of concerns regarding the vehicle at which point myself and my sales staff member Kevin, informed her that the mechanic has gotten sick and he won't be in for a couple of days but we were glad to schedule an appointment for them to come and get those issues addressedFollowing these events she called back couple of days later and spoke to me and told me that she'd like to return the vehicle, because she was having issues with her ex husband that they would most likely separate once again, because of personal reasonsI informed her that we have NO return policy upon purchase of vehicles, which is also stated in writing on a few documents which customer was explained and she signed itShe kept calling and asking me to aid her in this situation because at that point she stated she had gotten her ex husband "Locked Up" for numerous reasons, and that they won't be able to make the payments on the vehicleShe also drove down to the dealership to speak to me in person and voice her situation that she was going through to me and my coworker, (our grounds are audio and video surveillanced for our and customers safety.) We informed her that we will reach out to the owner to see if he can make an exception due to her situationAfter a couple of days the owner has gotten back to us and APPROVED the return of the vehicleAt which point I have informed her of the good newsI also clearly explained to her that the down payment that she placed towards the purchase would not be refundable due to our NO RETURN policyWhich she has also signedI'm in disbelief that ** ***, could make up such a horrific story about me and Prime Motors, because I worked really hard to assist her in her unfortunate situation and break company policy and return the vehicle back into our possession. liablilities to put a fix on the vehicle.  Our cars come with a limted warranty of thirty days or 1000 miles, whichever comes first.  In accordance, the offered warranty had been expired yet Prime Motors still kept its cooperation intact and even provided with a check to help repair the vehicle, disregarding the fact that the money presented for the repairs were rotors and brakes, not included in our warranty.  Moreover, as long as the complaint in general is concerned, an arbitration agreement, once signed, seizing customer's rights to take our company to court has customer's signatures on it- a copy of the said agreement was also provided to the customer.Again, we appreciate your effort to inform us of our customer's complaint to help us further improve our services.  For any supplementary inquiries, feel no reluctance to contact us. Kind Regards,Nusrat A. I apologize but there is no further action that we can take here at prime motors llc to satisfy this client. We have went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction of this client, and nothing seems to be acceptable. Im sorry the consumer feels the way that he does, but I also don't see anything that the customer is requesting. And the reason for that I'd believe is because the customer is fully aware that we have went above and beyond to satisfy the client. I would love to come to some resolution, and can offer a customer a complimentary oil change if they'd like to be performed at our facility or one of our partners, as an attempt to satisfy the consumer.
