Prime Natural Skin Reviews (%countItem)

I was I fraudulent charged in my bank account for $85 + $118 = $203
For a trail that was said to be under CVS
The trail was for $14.95 for the shipping. No we are listed in the trial did it say that you would be charged after two weeks for over $203. There was nothing in the fine print so once they had my big account information they begin fraudulently charging and they were saying that the trial was from CVS which is a trusted pharmacy. There's no contact information except for an email.Fraudulent payment came out of my union bank checking account with two different transactions under two different subtitles the name is CBD oil 888-993-8667 prime natural oil that's all that was listed in my bank account transaction details. I'll attach the invoice belowI contacted I can provide account details. The fraudulent activity that occurred on my account was on April 1, 2020

Desired Outcome

Full refund! $203.00

On 3-25-20 I ordered a free bottle of cbd oil and paid shipping then they changed me $118.88
I signed up for a free 14 day trial offer of the CBD oil on 3-25-20. Just paid shipping$6.86. Now I check my card this morning and I'm missing$118.88 because Prime Natural took it and when I called they said it was to pay for the free trial. Order # *** It came from my checking account# XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Desired Outcome

My money back

ordered cbd oil advertised for $5 and was charged an extra $118. Company refused to refund the full amount.
I called them 4/6/2020. Purchase date was made 03/20/2020. order #XXXXXAD7C2/ talked to Mark F. Originall paid $5 and was charged 118.67 on credit card.

Desired Outcome

I want my money refunded in full

Website w/CVS get cbd for ship only pd ship and read form, got cbd later, charged $118 on a Sunday cldn't call bank didn't get full refund aft. calling
Purchased cbc on 3/14/2020 using wife's debt Woodforest *** website was right below my Google search and claimed to be w/CVS site had cbc oil for shipping $6.95 paid and was carefully to read everything been burned before was learry pd ship got product ,later charged $118 on a Sunday of all days ,called them they said I knew, was in contract, I know I read it thoughrowly, the only thing I can think of, either the contract wasn't there, or it was running in the background which wasn't visable, funny thing went back to find site it wasn't anywhere think they "id"ed my ISP ,so once money's were transferred couldn't access that site using that ISP again, found other scam cbc sites mentioning stuff like that in their Privacy Conditions know a lot about Information Technology almost completed an IT profession didn't start investigating these cbc sites till after I was burned learned alot, these people are extremely sneaky in their business practices. Some kind of internet standards need to been enforced like contracts need to be clearly visible not in backgrounds only disable it you click on the right thing which this site didn't even have.

Desired Outcome

Want a complete refund of $118 they fraudulently took on 3/29/2020

They advertise a free bottle of CBD oil, not a trial offer for shipping and handling.
The web-site is https://thepure-cbdoil.net/cbd_e_v3/any/desktop/?sid=422577-1618&sid2=03_5440530... Itsays free bottle.

Desired Outcome

No further charges from company after free bottle and free cream for shipping and handling of $14.76.

the business used my credit card info without my permission twice for approximately $120 each time.
I never ordered any products
billed credit card without permission

Desired Outcome

not paying for sent products

I did not solicit CBD oil or Prime Natural.

I was contacted to try. I only agreed to try oil for $5.95! Nothing else! They sent two items (oil and cream). I have sent numerous emails and made a phone call today. He was no help at all and I am so very frustrated with this situation.
It is the basic bait and switch! I now have two separate charges on my credit card for over $200 each! I only agreed to one $5.95!
People like this should not be in business! Entice people to try and then take advantage of us!
I want my money refunded immediately and the company held liable for misleading people! Attached are emails that started immediately!

Desired Outcome

Immediate refund of all funds except $5.95. The company not be allowed to conduct business as they are doing now ever again! Or better yet, put out of business!

I was refuse a Refund of $118.00
On Jan 2020, I completed a survey on line and was offered a gift for a payment for shipping only of $4.95.To my surprise on Feb 17, 2020 my account was negative of $118.00. They claimed I agreed to purchase by not canceling the free trail. To my understanding I took the survey and claimed the gift. That was suppose to be one time deal. On Feb 17, 2020 I called 855-481-1711. I was refuse any refund, They will not provide their full name, nor they have any information of their Headquarters. I was told I can only to speak to an Agent who refuse to provide any information. I express my status as a senior person who lives on Social Security can there be an acception. I got a hang up from Agent named Issac who don't have a last name.

Desired Outcome

I would like if a Superviser can make contact. to discuss a refund.

I received a text message from the above named company read that I could receive a free bottle of CBD Oil and cream only pay for shipping and handling$4.95 and$5 and some change which equaled to $10 and some change. Then on 02/06/2020, they charged my card for $118 and some change without MY permission! This information was brought to my attention when I went to the bank and deposited money into my account to pay another bill. Now they will not refund my money back. If I didn't give them permission to take that money, shouldn't they refund me my money back'! They hung up on me twice after saying that I couldn't get my money back.
Product_Or_Service: Prime Natural CBD Oil and CBD Cream
Order_Number: XXXXXB8782

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment I want my $118 and the change back plus the $45 bank charge for insufficient funds.

This company claimed to be giving out free samples (only paying shipping) of cbd oil as a survey prize and then charged over 200 dollars to my card.
I received a text from 760 838 3820 on January 20, 2020 claiming that I needed to confirm shipping details for a FedEx package with tracking code *** with a link to follow in the text: ***
This link no longer functions, but it led to a site that appeared to be a survey for Amazon.com. This survey claimed to be giving out cbd oil and cream as one of many possible prizes, which led to me placing an order with my debit card which said I would only be paying shipping. I was charged $4.95 and $5.95 on January 22, 2020, for the two products, which I expected, and then charged $118.88 and $85.00 on February 7, 2020. They claim that it was a trial that I had to cancel within 14 days to not be charged. I emailed and called their customer service line to try to get the 118.88 and 85.00 dollar charges refunded. They have corresponded three times by email from [email protected], once to confirm the shipping ( order number *** and tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX), once to inform me of the second charge, and once after I called them to cancel the order. They said my subscription was cancelled and I would not be charged for any more products, but they could not refund the second set of charges. I also got their customer service number (888-993-8667) from the emails.

The products were listed as
Prime Natural CBD Oil (SKU: PNC-OIL300) and Prime Natural CBD Cream (SKU: PNC-C). This money came from my bank account with Heritage Bank of North America, checking account number XXXXXX

Desired Outcome

I would like the charges for $118.88 and $85.00 refunded to my checking account.

Products were to be free trial with shipping and handling. 10 dollars. If you're satisfied then you order products.
My debit card was Charged 200.00 dollars. On Feb 03 2020.
My trial order was placed on January 15th 2020.
Purchase #XXXXXXXX from my bank statement.
First order # ***
Total cost to be $ 5.95 Shipping and handling. Did not realize how much they charged me until I got my bank statement.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be refunded my money.

Customer Response • Feb 26, 2020

My wife talked to a man that said they would refund my money. But the man E emailed me and said they will not refund my money .

Customer Response • Mar 04, 2020

PRIME NATURAL refunded my money last week. After many phone calls.

I have attempted on many occasions to cancel this subscription and once I am finally able to reach somebody I am told this can not happen.
I originally ordered this product thru an advertisement on amazon on January 21. It specifically states I can cancel my membership at any time. I called them at the number provided (888) 993-8667 and was on hold for 12 minutes. This was on January 28th just after 4pm. I spoke with Tim who told me I could not cancel as it was still considered the "trial period" and that I would have to call back between February 4 and February 17 to cancel this. I called back on February 4th. I was on hold for 51 minutes before the call was ever answered. At this time, I had 2 other phones still on hold. Tim answered again and then put me back on hold for 3 -4 more minutes. He then told me again I could not cancel this as it was still in the "trial period" that I should receive an email today. When I asked what time my supposed trial period would be done, he was unable to tell me. I had also emailed the company with no response at this point. Once on hold, it gives you the option of pushing 1 to put in your phone number so they can call you back. This option DOES NOT work either. I did record our conversation as I am sure this is a ploy so they can keep charging my card for the purchases I do not want. In fact, the first trial order was NOT supposed to include the cream as I chose that option, however it does appear that was charged and also sent. Where do I go from here? I just would like this cancelled without any arguing.

Desired Outcome

I would like the membership cancelled prior to getting billed. Thanks

Terms of contract not clear and "free trial sample "was charged to my cc.
Free trial request made on 1/24, For items pnc-c and pn300mg. Pay shipping only. sent 1/28.
Cc was billed on 2/9 at 2:59 am for two transactions, $85. And $118.88. From CBD online shopper. I did not Make these purchases.
I contacted my Visa card and told to contact company. There were three phone numbers. My wife called and was told that I had to agree to pay for free trial within 14 days otherwise I would be charged for products. Also this is a subscription and it continues every 14 days until cancelled. She cancelled it immediately, 2/10.
For trial request and shipment, email was received immediately.
Invoice for $85 For pnc-c, was received on 2/9. No email received for the $118.88 has been received for other product, pn300mg.
Free trial was offered as connected with Costco, which I can find no confirmation of now.
I feel that this offer was done underhandedly, and in order to speak to someone involved waiting over 30 minutes.

Desired Outcome

Refund Clear terms and conditions not hidden in Small print links Clear declaration that you have agreed to a subscription Service

I ordered a trial of CBD oil. Only had to pay for shipping. They charged me for that, plus a cream that I did not order. Then, they charged me $200
I ordered a trial of CBD oil, paying for shipping only. Then they charged me for cBD cream, that I did not order. Then, two charges came through of $85 and $ 118.88. I did not authorize those charges. I contacted the company. They said I had 14 days to cancel the trial or my subscription was in effect. None of this was made clear to me, never saw it in writing, never would have ordered in the first place. I called the company. They said the terms and conditions were clear, but I disagreed. I have not opened the product they sent and asked for their address, as I wanted to return both items. I was told by Lily Micheal that NO, the product was "not eligible to return". I told them I wanted a refund, but they refused. I have contacted my bank and am processing a Dispute.

Desired Outcome

A refund of $203.88. I will eat the original amounts they charged.

This company advertised online for a $5 trial of their product with no obligation. They charged my account over $200 and said it was a perscription.
The company Prime Natural CBD advertised online for a $5 sample on two of their products with no obligation. My wife ordered the products and received them in the mail. The next month we received one bill for $85 and one for $118.88 When I called to find out why we were receiving this bill they stated that it was not a no obligation purchase but that the fine print stated it was a subscription. I could not find the original ad to verify but if it was there it was small enough to be illegible. The company canceled the order but would not refund more than 10%, leaving me with nearly $100 charge.

Desired Outcome

I would like a complete refund in the amount of $203.88

I foolishly purchased a product on line at facebook. This product advertised a product to try free of charge (you only pay shipping costs)
The first problem occurred when I ordered ONE product and they sent and charged me shipping for TWO products. I immediately called and complained but they said (within 10 min of ordering) that it had already been processed and shipped and there was nothing they could do.
After the product arrived, the second problem occurred. I called to tell them I didn't like the product. They told me they would only charge me $203.00 for what I'd received and not anymore after that. I said: The product was free; all I had to pay for was shipping. They said, no mam, in the fine print I was told in the information provided that I'd be charged for the product.
When I called to cancel I was told I couldn't cancel until February 8th.
Now the only way to keep them from stealing my money is to change my debit card number. THAT is a huge pain, as it is connected to many bills I pay. I'm furious.

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment I do not feel I should pay for the product ($203.00)I will return the product, but I was told by the company that it does not accept returns. I DO NOT WANT TO PAY $203.00 FOR A PRODUCT ADVERTISED AS FREE. Please help!

Sold CBD oil and cream 2 separate products for shipping charge but was not told it was a monthly billing unless canceled in the first 14 days via phone call. Both products did not work used multiple days as directed. I did not see any cancellation policy. I was billed for the full price which was not told to me on an ad on Facebook. I emailed the company but was told I could not cancel via email. I was placed on hold until I spoke to a man who said I could not return the unopened product. I would still be billed.
