Prime Pay

Review: Our contract with PrimePay states $60 per month for 2 part time employees payroll service plus $4 additional on months when 4 employees are paid. Also, the yearly cost for w-2's, 1099's and 941's is $50 base plus $5.25 each employee. The total yearly cost not including delivery charges is $791. Primepay was asked and agreed that all payments to our employees would always be grossed up. They did that for every month we did business with them except for one month. Someone at PrimePay simply forgot to gross up one month and in consideration of that failure, PrimePay said they would not charge us for pay roll services that month. But they did charge us anyway and never credited us with the base 560 for that month. in February 2014 PrimePay collected from our account $100 NSF fee, $27 Tax filing fee and $7.50 Direct deposit fee. Non of those fees were covered by our contract and we have asked that we be remibursed fthe following:

$60 for consideration for the month salaries were not grossed up

$27 Tax filing fee - not separately priced in our contract

$7.50 Direct deposit - not separately priced in our contract

$100 - NSG fee - not separtely priced in our contract

When I brought these facts to Primepay's attention, they asked us to send them a copy of our contract. We e-scanned the contract and emaikled it to them.Since then PrimePay has ignored my phone calls and emails.Desired Settlement: I'd like PrimePay to send us a check to refund fees that we belive were collected in breech of our contract and to honor their verbal commitment to refund us the $60 for the month they failed to gross up our employees' salaries and to refund the overcharges made in February 2014 for NSF Fee, Tax filing fee and direct deposit fee non of which were separately priced in our contract.
