Review: we tell all telemarketers that "[redacted]" is the person in charge of whatever it is that they are trying to sell...so when a telemarketer calls and asks for "[redacted]" we know it is a TM and if we have time we let them talk to "[redacted]" (my 9 year old son)...so 8/**/13 ,the same Telemarketer called several times asking for [redacted], so we let him talk to "[redacted]", he immediately realized he was talking to a kid and went with it, after about a minute he offers [redacted] a New X-Box if he can talk to [redacted]'s Dad. Listening in on the other line I shrugged my shoulders and nodded "sure", [redacted] handed me the phone and I started talking to the guy. He went into his sales speech and I stopped him, "did you offer my son something to talk to me?" he said "yeah and chuckled", I asked [redacted] what he offered him and he said "A New X-Box", I said wow, you offered him a new x-box, as he tried to weasel out of it I insisted, thanked him and said "when my kid gets his x-box i'll sign up for your credit card processing service. 10 minutes later I get a call from his supervisor who after reviewing the taped call wanted to try and weasel out of it, after 20 minutes of him trying to get me to drop the offer his companies representative made to my son in order to talk to me, I told him that my son wants his X-box for doing what he agreed to do and that your company offered him and that I have his company name, number, employee name and extension number, he said he would talk to his boss and get back to me...so [redacted] asked me to call the telemarketers today to find out about his X-box, [redacted] the manager I spoke to for 20 minutes answered his phone and said, "oh, hey let me transfer you to my boss, please hold", then fast talking [redacted] answered (he sounds like [redacted] the Sham-Wow guy) and starts trying to pitch me on his service, I corrected him and told him why I was calling, he hung up, and I called him back and he went to voice mail. then for 30 minutes, we received calls ever minute from their phone number and then hanging up, all calls came from the same numberDesired Settlement: I would like the X-box that their representative promised my son for allowing them to speak to me.

Review: Cheating with us about a loan by taking all information like social security number bank information and credit card information.Desired Settlement: One of the employee name [redacted] call in my office about business loan , He told us that his company Prime Payment Solutions give our company $10000 for six months period we have to payback $11500,we agree with him then he wants our company profile and social security, tax id, bank statements and credit card information after he got all information, He told us to check back after two weeks when ever we call another employee [redacted] said since we did not take their credit processing service that's why they threw our important paper in the trash and hanged up the phone on me.

Review: [redacted] mislead myself in acquiring our business for credit card processing make a guarantee in writing that states "Prime Payment Solutions provides credit card processing for small and mid-size businessess ... saving your business between 30-45% off of your total processing bill. We also provide processing terminals at no costs to you and a LIFETIME GUARANTEE ON THE RATES. If any company offers you a better rate while you are with us we will not only beat the rate but give you an additional 10% off. If we cannot save you money our company will either send you a wire or check within 3 business days for $795.00" Te first 3 months there were no saving in fact the processing fees were higher than what I had with the previous company. The charges for less processing was 33% higher than the previous company was charging. The cost comparison that was provided by [redacted] showed a cost savings of 33%. Contract was signed with thre understanding that it was a month to month basis as this is what I had with the previou company. [redacted] has lied to us from the beginning to include verbage of the contract that was supposed to be incorporated. Contacted [redacted] on several occasions questioning billing and he was going to make the appropriate changes that did not happen either. Prime Payment Solutions needs to live up to their guarantee of $795.00 or refund the contract termination fee of $495.00 for there breach of the contract not meeting their guarantee.
