This is a response for a letter we received from Revdex.com serving Utah, about one of our customers: [redacted] * [redacted] .In response to our customer's complaint, I would like to explain what happenedOur company does send out sales representatives that knock door to door in the Las Vegas, NV areaContrary to what the customer believes, the sales representative that knocked on his door is over years oldHe has attended college in both Idaho and UtahAll of our sales representatives are over the age of or will turn during the summer with which they sell for usWe sign customers up for pest control with an agreement that the customer will pay monthly for pest control services for a month period, after that their account is month to month and they can cancel at anytimeAfter the customer signs the contract with our sales representatives, we immediately e-mail the contract to the customer for them to reviewIn the contract it states: YOU, THE BUYER, MAY CANCEL THIS TRANSACTION AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE DATE OF THIS TRANSACTIONIF THE CUSTOMER CANCELS THE TRANSACTION BEFORE MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY AND SERVICE WAS RENDERED, THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE TO PAY THE DISCOUNT RECEIVED ON THE INITIAL SERVICEThis way the customer knows exactly what they are getting into so we can avoid any misunderstanding down the lineIf they are not satisfied with the terms they can cancel within the days, without any termination feeOur customers are scheduled for regular treatments, about every two months and are notified by phone and email when an appointment is coming upOur customers can call or email at anytime to let us know if they are having pest issues and we come out for re-treatments at anytime, at no additional costOur agreement does state that the customer agrees to pay an early termination fee if they are unable to fulfill their contract for any reasonThis customer signed an agreement with us on 6/15/On the agreement, he did write in special instructions about our company spraying again if he sees scorpions and him cancelling the contract if he is not satisfied within monthsThe customer never wrote in the special instructions that he would not be paying the cancellation fee if he chose to terminate his contract earlyOur initial service is charged at $We give a huge discount for that initial service only if the customer agrees to stay with us and make monthly payments for at least monthsThis is because the initial treatment is a large treatment that costs the company a lot of moneyThis customer was only charged $for the initial service, with the agreement that he would pay a cancellation fee (which is the remainder of the charge for the initial treatment) of $This customer's property was treated on 6/15/17, 7/27/17, and 8/28/We simply cannot spray homes multiple times for small payments without an agreement that they will stay up to date with the payments for at least monthsOur system does send automated collection calls and emails when an account is past dueThis is in an effort to help the customer get up to date with payments before the system automatically pushes their account to a collection companyWe will not directly report his late payment standing to any credit reporting company, but the account will automatically be given to a collection company once it reaches a certain amount of days past dueWe would like to resolve the issue with this customerIf this customer would like to continue his services with us and get up to date on payments, we would be happy to schedule another treatment and keep treating his home whenever he is having pest issuesIf this customer only wants to cancel his agreement, then we must be paid the early termination feeIn an effort to help the customer, we can lower the cancellation fee to $89, instead of $And if the customer can pay the $within days, we will cancel out the other past due payments that have been posted to his account the last two months and his account will not go to a collection companyPrime Pest Control

All of our sales representatives are over the age of 18 or will turn 18 during the summer with which they sell for us. We sign customers up for pest control with an agreement that the customer will pay monthly for pest control services for a 12 month period, after that their account is month to month and they can cancel at anytime. After the customer signs the contract with our sales representatives, we immediately e-mail the contract to the customer for them to review. In the contract it states: YOU, THE BUYER, MAY CANCEL THIS TRANSACTION AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE DATE OF THIS TRANSACTION. Our customers can call or email at anytime to let us know if they are having pest issues and we come out for re-treatments at anytime, at no additional cost. Our agreement does state that the customer agrees to pay an early termination fee if they are unable to fulfill their contract for any reason. This customer signed an agreement with us on 6/15/2017. On the agreement, he did write in special instructions about our company spraying again if he sees scorpions and him cancelling the contract if he is not satisfied within 2 months. The customer never wrote in the special instructions that he would not be paying the cancellation fee if he chose to terminate his contract early. Our initial service is charged at $149.00. We give a huge discount for that initial service only if the customer agrees to stay with us and make monthly payments for at least 12 months. This is because the initial treatment is a large treatment that costs the company a lot of money. This customer was only charged $15 for the initial service, with the agreement that he would pay a cancellation fee (which is the remainder of the charge for the initial treatment) of $134. This customer's property was treated on 6/15/17, 7/27/17, and 8/28/18. We simply cannot spray homes multiple times for small payments without an agreement that they will stay up to date with the payments for at least 12 months. Our system does send automated collection calls and emails when an account is past due. This is in an effort to help the customer get up to date with payments before the system automatically pushes their account to a collection company. We will not directly report his late payment standing to any credit reporting company, but the account will automatically be given to a collection company once it reaches a certain amount of days past due. We would like to resolve the issue with this customer. If this customer would like to continue his services with us and get up to date on payments, we would be happy to schedule another treatment and keep treating his home whenever he is having pest issues. If this customer only wants to cancel his agreement, then we must be paid the early termination fee. In an effort to help the customer, we can lower the cancellation fee to $89, instead of $134. And if the customer can pay the $89 within 30 days, we will cancel out the other past due payments that have been posted to his account the last two months and his account will not go to a collection company. Prime Pest Control
