Purchased and paid for cell phone ipod charging case. Ordered 12/3, have not received product and emails have gone unanswered.
12/3 ordered paid $24.99 via paypal, order # 3008.Emailed the company 12/20 and 12/22 with no answer. Tried to track with app they gave, takes you no where. Tried to go on there website, there is no website.

Never got what I ordered
I ordered two gaming phone cases from this company, invoice said ships with in 3 business days, weeks go bye never shows up. I emailed the company asking about the statues and was told I would receive it middle of August, well, that comes and goes still never got it, so I email them again asking about the status and never got a response, I completely just want a refund and want nothing to do with this company anymore, they need to be more diligent with their shipping dates on their invoices if that's not correct.

Other (requires explanation) I completely just want a refund. At this point in time It's been way to long and them not responding to my email is just poor customer service

After trying to contact them several times on different emails and Facebook and looking for a phone number I gave up and contacted Revdex.com. I'm so upset and disappointed, this was going to be a Birthday gift for my son

I would have loved getting the product because it looked so cool for a teenager! That would have been an awesome gift so I'm so disappointed it's come to this, I hope no one else falls for this scam and at this point I just hope I get my money back

I got an email stating I had a refund from the company. That's all it said, I haven't checked my bank to see if they actually did. And when I checked this email for response it was in another language or I wasn't finding it so I'm afraid to accept at this time till I know everything is ok.

Purchased two items from them, paid with ***, never received my items, or a response after multiple attempts to contact them.
I purchased a he gaming case for iPhone XR and a portable gaming console through them. I paid with my *** account, and paid for 2-3 day usps shipping. I never received my items, and never received any response to my multiple emails and fb messages to them. I also opened a *** dispute as well. I found afterwards, that's this company is doing this to a lot of people whom have ordered the same items. We pay, but never get the items. They are scammers and frauds. I am hoping to get my money back, but not sure that's even going to happen. They need to be STOPPED! They sent me an email with a shipping number, yet the post office said they never received anything to ship out. I posted the receipts of the items I have not received that I paid for.

Never received item. Never heard back from seller. Never received refund.

I ordered a product with express two days shipping and I never received my item. It's been over two months they have not sent my item or refunded me.
Purchased a phone case for 27.98 and paid approx 7$ for 2day shipping with my debit card. Order number XXXXX. Never received the product that was ordered over two months ago.

I want a refund of my payment and shipping/express shipping costs

2 orders, one showed up broken, the other never arrived.
Purchased two phone cases from this company. Orders XXXXX and XXXXX. Order XXXXX arrived but was defective, order XXXXX has never arrived even though they were both ordered at the same time. Have on numerous occasions reached out to the company for this issue to be addressed, they will not respond to email nor messages sent to their Facebook page. Don't know what else to do to have this issue resolved. I just want what I already paid for. Weeks ago.

Desired Outcome

I'd like the phone case I already paid for to actually be shipped and I want the one that showed up broken to be replaced. If the company wishes to contact me, they're welcome to.

I've kept all the emails received from the company. They sent an email when XXXXX was ordered, shipped and delivered. They also sent an email when XXXXX was ordered, was scheduled for delivery but no email saying it had actually been shipped or delivered. I went to their website and filled out their form for lost or damaged product deliveries but never received an email from them regarding it. I'm not sure how to submit the emails that were sent but I'll figure it out. I've also got screenshots and emails of multiple attempts to contact the company about correcting this only to be ignored. They say I made a false claim, well I got the emails and proof to back it up.

Item was ordered on 6/27/19 with 5-7 business day shipping and still haven't received it as of 7/23/19.
I ordered an item on 6/27/19 with 5-7 business day shipping. When I didn't received the item by 7/10/19, I emailed the company and received a response on 7/13/19 stating they were moving warehouse locations and they were back ordered. I was also told that my item would be shipped that day or the following Monday and shipping was 3 business days. I emailed them back immediately to advise I received another email stating my item had been processed for shipping on 7/13/19. When I didn't receive my item by 7/17/19, I emailed the company again. I received a response on 7/19/19 stating they had been on back order for quite sometime and my order would go out in the next couple days. I explained to them that I already received an email stating my item was processed for shipping and sent a screen print to prove it. I didn't hear anything from them after that email. I emailed them, again, on 7/23/19 advising I was going to dispute my charge with PayPal to get my money back and file a complaint with the Revdex.com. At 4:39am today, I received a text message stating my order departed the Nashville TN Distribution Center and an email stating I should have my order by 7/31/19.

Desired Outcome

I just want my order or a refund. For something that was supposed to be here by 7/6/19 at the latest, there has been no initiated communication by Nostalgic Universe stating they were having a warehouse or back order issue.

We have been on a small back order. We moved locations, we had to reprint her order due to moving locations and USPS delivery. Her order will be going out. We apologize for the delay, and will work to improve so this does not happen again. Our customers always come first.

Placed online order with the company on June 6, 2019. As of today I still have not received my order. I have attempted to contact them twice through email, however they do not respond.
