This company called my cell phone two days ago, missed the call and called back. Asked lady the answered what company it was and she said prime recovery then stated my name. Phone died and called was dropped but charged my phone and got a threatening voicemail from the lady saying that I better call them back to deal with this. I have no dealings with this company and have now received an email from a scam like email address posing as an attorney requesting personal information. Email is addressed like it went to an employer asking work and income information. This company needs to stop with the threatening/ intimidation behavior immediately.

We have closed the account in our office.

Prime Recovery states they are trying to collect a debt for an online payday loan company called ***. My original loan with *** was for $500.00. They are stating that I owe $6,897.63. They are offering a settlement of $1800.00, I requested they send me a letter via USPS to my home address outlining the debt/debtors, etc. They refused. They are also threatening litigation and contact with my employer.

Ms. defaulted on a loan with my client, per the terms of the contract she agree to her balance in full plus interest and late fees is due. We offered Ms. to settle the balance for substantially less than whats owed. She was also offered a chance to counteroffer our offer, she hasn't. She hasn't responded to any letters we have sent, instead she chose to file complaints. We have closed her file in our office.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, I never received any letters in the mail from them. All communications were via email, phone call or text message. When I requested a letter be mailed to me, they refused.

Regards

On 1/16/2020, I received a spam email from this company saying that they were asking my former employer about my location along with garnishment information. I have never received any information from this company and have not been served for any court information (if any). All of this is illegal by federal law so it needs to be investigated and stopped. I have never did any business with this company.

We are in receipt of Mr. complaint, we sent Mr. notice of his account, he didn't reply, we then attempted to verify employment information Mr. provided *** to obtain his loan. To date Mr. has ignored our attempts to reach him.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

This company had made NO PREVIOUS ATTEMPT to contact me prior to their fraudulent and illegal email. About two weeks later, they finally contacted me directly via email regarding the *** account, which was in fact an illegal payday loan since companies are barred from offering loans to District of Columbia residents. They said that I owed a balance of $2500.02. Since I took out a $300 loan, I told them that I would repay the principle, of which I already repaid $90.48, leaving a balance of $209.52. This was sent to them on 1/21/2020. Since they did not respond back to the email, that meant that they accepted the deal so once the $209.52 is repaid, the loan is paid in full.

Thank you.

Regards

I have received multiple text messages from this company alleging a debt I owe. I have tried replying and the number received through the text message is inaccurate.
I would like to see this resolved. At this point the company has given me no written information on the actual debt. I would like to see the actual account information and that it is actually still a valid debt. I have paid off many debts I have had and thought this was one of them.

We have attempted to call *** several times since 10/2/2019 at the number she listed and she has been unresponsive, she has never attempted to contact us directly. Her account with *** was never taken care of. We have sent her a notice with her account information.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I am willing to settle this account but the only contact I have received from them is via a text message. With so many people running scams on individuals I want to be certain that this is the company the say they are. When I ran a search on the company name on the internet I am unable to pull up either a phone number or address for them. I am attaching copies of what I have been able to find Which isn’t much If they would be willing to send me one copy of the bill with their business contact information listed on it( phone number and address) and what type of settlement plan or payments plans are being offered. I will contact them and take care of this account That is all I am asking for Thank You

We have provided the requested information several times, she has also attempted contact with us directly outside of the Revdex.com after she initially filed the complaint. At this time we feel she is too difficult to deal with and have closed and returned her file to our client. We will no longer attempt any communication with her.

I keep receiving emails from this company about employment and location information, this appears to be fraud as I do not who these people are and I have tried contacting them numerous times. I have never done business with this company.

Thank you for reaching out to us, per the contract Ms. signed with ***, *** she agreed to be contacted by SMS & email. Ms. received an email from our company regarding her outstanding balance owing of $927.50, to date she has failed to make any payments since 3/8/19. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

I received an email from Prime Recovery LLC asking for employment and location information, which appears to be fraudulent or scam in nature. When I called to inquire about this email and the details of this matter, I was rudely addressed, the representative refused to provide information about this debt, I was told to pay a certain amount or be sued, then hung up on. I have since sent a USPS certified (signature required) letter to the address: *** 14214, asking for validation/verification of this debt, as this debt does not belong to me and I have no business tied to this company. I have not received the validation/verification requested). I called a second time to inquire about this debt and I was again talked over, was told that they do not have to validate/verify anything, that I will be sued and that I need to stop researching the internet about verification/validation of debt. I spoke to someone named David, who made this statement and another man that I was transferred to when I gave the file number listed in the email (both men were abusively rude). The representatives at this collection agency will not provide any information regarding this debt they say I owe, are extremely rude and unprofessional. I am asking that this collection agency stop the pursuit of this debt I do not owe.

Thank you for reaching out to us, on 11/13/19 Ms. called our office, acknowledged opening and owing the account and then requested a settlement letter be sent regarding her *** account with an outstanding balance owing of $1,597.24. We agreed to settle it for $800.00, she failed to follow through with her promised agreement. We spoke with her again on 11/25/19 and she said she wanted her letter to say more than our original one and that the first one was insufficient in her opinion. We then received a cease & desist notice from her on 12/2/19, at that time we closed her account and returned it to our client. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance, thank you.

I was given a settlement and once I had paid them more then my settlement they change my settlement and told me that I need to pay off more money this company is one of the worst companies to work with no one can tell me what is going on they keep changing the settlement total.

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your *** account, you've been on a payment plan since May of 2019, during that time you have missed 2 scheduled payments which put your plan into default. As a courtesy we would like to extend the opportunity to accept what you have already paid as settlement in full on the account and close it in our office, please let us know if thats acceptable and we will get out a letter stating your account has been settled in full. Thank you.

I got an e-mail to my cellphone. I called the number listed on the email. First I spoke with a gentleman who I told to cease communications. Which he interns decides to tell me no we will keep calling you, than proceeding to hang up on me. I called back spoke to a very nice young lady, who I asked to be transferred to a manager. I got transferred to another lady, talked than was transferred to a manager. They are starting that their recording contains the Mini Miranda, which at this point personal account information was discussed and I was never advised of the Mini Miranda. I never heard it on the recording because it said please hold, hold music, than the First Lady answered than hold music than I spoke to the second lady than I was transferred to a manger which was very unpleasant, and never once was I advised of the Mini Miranda. I was also asked if I had an attorney, because they do. But never once was I told by a machine or person of the Mini Miranda. Which the manager I spoke with had no desire to listen to the call from the beginning when I was told by a machine to please hold. Very very upsetting. My personal information could have been told to anyone. Not okay.

Hello, we have listened to the calls and have reprimanded those we felt needed reprimanding.

I received an email from Prime Recovery LLC requesting employment and location information in which appears to be fraudulent. I have done no business with this company.
