contract), the cabinets were ordered to the appropriate height as to leave the proper clearances as per kitchen design specifications. After all the cabinets were installed, they stated that they did not like the way it was done. After enduring an hour of insulting upon myself and the company I work for including the use of unnecessary profanity, I agreed to supply them with some added items at no charge to try and make them happy. This was to include custom end panels for the island and end of the oven cabinet, custom panels for the chimney area (ordered to the customers specified sizes), a new fridge cabinet (at a custom height that they specified because they did not like the gap at the top of the original ordered which would have left a small amount of room if they were to get a fridge in the future that was bigger), extra crown, extra base, and custom overlay fillers for the corner - all which were not included in the original contract. The cost for such items would have been $4902 and were installed at our expense. After such installation, they called to demand more free items which I told them we could not do. I also would like to point out that they also have an unpaid balance of $1380 which I don't expect that they will pay. I believe that our company did what we could to try and make them happy although I realize that some people just cannot be satisfied. The only thing I would be willing to do at this point is order the other two panels by the window and shoe molding that they wanted, if they paid the balance owed in full.

If you work with this "company" make sue you get a contract with an END DATE - after which you begin deducting from the last/completion payment. They send 2 guys out to do everything....which in my case was kitchen, bathroom, electricity, and deck....heater, painting....ugh. Six weeks. Not one thing is finished. Thanksgiving and total disarray. They send nice happy holiday messages....but really don't seem to give a rats behind about anything but money.

Review: My wife and I shopped around and searched for the right type of kitchen cabinets to use in our kitchen remodel project we started in the fall of 2014. We find Prime Remodeling in Germantown had the desired Cabinets. My wife signed the Contract with Prime Remodeling and [redacted].We did a complete Kitchen remodel with all new cabinets. We went with 39" tall upper cabinets. The Cabinets where ordered in October (2014)and delivered in early December (2014). Prime Remodeling, Inc. sent out their installer to hang the upper cabinets and install the base cabinets. Prime Remodeling didn't disclose to use the fact that their installer lives up in the Appleton, WI area and has a two hour commute to Menomonee Falls. The installer would show up in the late morning and stay until 8 pm to work in our house. We noticed the installer had been crossing out the upper cabinet height (39")on his design drawing and filling in a new dimension of 36". We addressed this with the installer and he said these are the Cabinets that where ordered and shipped from [redacted]. We called Mrs. [redacted] and had her come to our house to find out why we didn't the Cabinets we ordered and paid for. Mrs. [redacted] stated she took it upon herself to change the height of our Cabinets to 36" high and never told us about that change or offer us an explanation of the change before ordering our Cabinets. We told Mrs. [redacted] that we wanted her to remove and re-order our 39" high upper Cabinets and she said that "I can't do that" I don't have insurance for this and it would sink my company if she had to re-order a complete set of 39" high upper Cabinets. She said that she would compensate us by "Tricking Out" this kitchen with other items and treatments. Mrs. [redacted] came back to our house and my wife and I showed her the areas and items we wanted to be added to the new kitchen from Prime Remodeling, Inc as compensation of not receiving our 39" high upper cabinets. Mrs. [redacted] didn't fulfill her agreement with us.Desired Settlement: Prime Remodeling, Inc needs to fulfill their agreement that Mrs. [redacted] said she was going to do.
