Thank you for allowing me to address this issueThe records we have from the job reflect this was an insurance jobHer insurance adjuster approved payment for the roof but would not approve the dormers which were rotted wood due to missing siding She didn't have the money to
pay the deductible, so we paid her $1,deductible for herShe knew I had done this for a friend of hers as wellWe're sorry she's unhappy, but the dormers were never approved, so we didn't work on them, it wasn't part of our contract. Unfortunately, we're no longer in businessWe closed the business at the end of 2016, and can offer nothing furtherThank you again

May 8,2017Thank you for following up on ID [redacted]. I know that according to Prime Roofing and SidingLLC/ he said that his business was closed at the end of 2016 and can't offer nothing further. However, I am sending a copy of [redacted] "pay out", which is attached. I, also, called the Claim Adjuster Tuesday, May 8, 2017 and he remembered the case and remember what he stated to me.This was a Ridge Cap job and an inside job for water damage. Since he suggested that I needed a full roof job to stop the leakage, the Insurance Adjuster suggested that I take the money and put it in a new roof because this is what he suggested to me and the Adjuster to stop the leakage.. The dormers cost less to repair and he said it was the "roof". The Adjuster suggested that since Prime Roof said that it would still leak without a new roof, it would still continue to damage the insides, accordingly to Prime Roofing/he. The "dormers" nor a "full roof' were never "approved". Itwas the roof ridge and the inside and he knew this. He insisted that the whole roof needed to be replaced. The Adjuster suggested that I go with Honest He and use the money for a new roof. He said that he would do the roof for the Insurance cost minus the deductible. This didn't have anything to do with a friend's recommendation. The dormers cost less to repair. As you can see $1,647.67 compared to $6,571.21, in which I had to pay out of my pocket. He is lying about what the "Adjuster is saying to cover his mistake. The Adjuster suggested that I go with the roof since "Corey recommended a ''roof." The extra money from the roof could have been repaired both the Dormers and the Roof Ridge. A friend did reccomend him to me and if you do"GOOD" work, this is what you want as a Businessmen. Also, he was recommend by a friend that lives in a large Condo Complex, as well and it leaked as well. They had to hire another contractor to redo "their roof'. I talked to the Condo Association and they are dealing with a lawyer because he is playing hide-in-go seek with them and not excepting certified mail from them as well. I guess he needs to go out of business or MAYBE change the company name.I know that I am not going to get my money back, unless I take him to Small Claims Court and Summons the Claims Adjuster. However, I don't want this Religious, Christian Church Going Business Man that believes in "treating" e-v-e-r-y one RIGHT. I don't want him to take advantage of anyone else under another company's name. I guess I should have checked with the Revdex.com before I took recommendations from friends and associates and I would have realized that he was only in business for less than a year. I was told that he is still doing business as a roofer using the same name.A LESSON LEARNED. :{[redacted]
