On Dec(Sun.), Spencer *** (Owner of Prime Roofing Group Inc.) quoted $to fix the leaking skylight on my current house and replace the missing metal piece of siding on my old house After he and his employee fixed the skylightHe asked for full payment and promised many times said "I will keep my words to replace the missing piece at 11am on Tues."But nobody showed up on Dec(Tues.), I called and left message many times but nobody pickup the phone and return phone callPrime Roofing Group Inc.is not reliable companyDon't do business with Prime Roofing Group Inc.!!!
They were fast to take the money, and do a lousy jobRoof leaked in months and after months of promises to fix, MANY missed appointments with "FAMILY, OR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES" I have been forced to take legal actionsI have many texts to show his promises to fix or show up tomorrow It even appears that they used different products that has flaked offThe checks were cashed at a currency exchange which is not right for a reputable companyThe I.R.Swill be interested in thatPlease look elsewhere and do more research on a company before hiring themSave the troubles you will experience
After the big storm and a newly discovered leak in our ceiling yesterday morning, we called numerous roofing companies, and Prime returned our call within minutesThey were out within hours and had the work done by late afternoonIt's a family business, and the owner, his son, and grandson came out to assess the situation before bringing in the work crew They guaranteed their work for months, and we are confidant that if any more issues arise, they will be back to make goodThey seemed genuinely concerned about our issue and helping us
Buyer Beware!! Called Prime Roofing out recently to put a tarp on my roof that was leaking a bitThey had people come and work for minutes Friday evening at 7pmthey charged me over $to put a tarp on a somewhat flat roof to cover a 12'x12' areaI would not have left start but this system forced me too!!
I am very pleased with the work PRG completed to repair the leaks to my master bathroomSpencer and his team came out to assess the work needed, quoted me a very good price, and even stood behind their work with an excellent warrantyI have a very busy schedule and PRG worked with me to accommodate for my timeI will work with this company for future projects/repairs

Will not uphold their contract, does sloppy work, will not return your phone calls and will not correct their work

They have not completed the work after a months time.Lots of excuses about why they can't do it
