Same as prior reviews - PRG runs a terrible business. They are unresponsive to phone calls or texts and often no-show for appointments. They make excuses for not showing up and are disrespectful of the clients that pay them for their work.

Prime Roofers completely replaced my roof in April 2016 and were paid in full..The contract work is still under guarantee. I have contacted the business concerning a leak that I have in the roof and they are giving the run around.They make promises to come out but no one has been here or even reached out to communicate..my room is leaking in one room of my home n I just would like it taken care of or even common courtesy for them to abide by the contract & the guaranteed services.I am very disappointed with their services n tired of getting the run around

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY WHO JUST TAKES CLIENTS MONEY AND DOES A VERY POOR JOB. WHEN THEIR NEWLY INSTALLED ROOF LEAKS THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO THEIR CIENTS . THEY DO GIVE EXCESSIVE EXCUSESS AND TO WHY THEY CANNOT COME AND THEY DO NOT FIX THE ROOF PROBLEM THAT THEY CREATED DUE TO THEIR SHABBY INSTALLS.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT PRIDE THEIR WORK NOT DO THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY ARE ALL ABOUT TAKEING MONEY FROM CLIENTS

I contracted with PRG to install a complete TPO roofing system on my home (a complete tear-off). Contract signed on 7-9-19. Work began on 7/23. On 7/24 PRG informed me there would be additional costs b/c it needed to repair more than 15% of decking and repair interior parapet wall which I approved without a specific figure but requested accounting and pictures at end of work to which PRG agreed. Work continued and was substantially completed on 7/25. Gutter heat cable install and copings on west side of the building were to be replaced on 7/26. PRG was a no show on this date. On 7/27 PRG told me it would complete work on 7/29. It rained lightly on 7/29--when PRG did not show/call, I called them--PRG said they could not come due to rain. On 7/30 PRG said it would complete work on 7/31. CEO of PRG (Spencer ***) did come to my home on 7/31 but he did not bring copings and did not bring employees to complete work. He was requesting partial pymt from the 50% due him under the K. I told him I would pay him 100% upon his completing work. On 8/1 PRC installed cable and most of the copings (but did not replace the corner coping that was broken and was to be replaced per our previous discussion). PRG asked for $. I told PRG corner coping missing and CEO had not yet provided me with itemized invoice of additional costs. PRG said he would return next day to install corner coping and would forward itemized invoice of additional work along with B4 and after pics of roof work. I reminded PRG I would not be home on 8/1 due to travel for work. PRG said he would have worker access roof to install coping while I was out and he would forward invoice to me via email. I paid PRG 100% believing it would comply. On 8/4 I learned PRG did not install corner coping and did not provided me with detailed invoice of additional work--additional decking, interior parapet wall repair and new copings on west side of bldg. I have contacted PRG twice since 8/4--I have received no response.

Prime Roofing Group agreed to refund me $400.00 for failing to fix a roof leak, and for failing to return in a timely manner to try to fix the roof leak. I had to hire another company to fix the leak quickly since mold was growing in our garage and it was making my wife sick. Spencer of Prime Roofing
acknowledged that the company poorly communicated with me. As a result, Spencer verbally agreed to refund me $400.00, half of the down payment I had made to Prime Roofing Group. When I contacted they company several weeks ago about the refund, they said it was being sent. I've never received it.

They were fast to take the money, and do a lousy job. Roof leaked in 2 months and after 9 months of promises to fix, MANY missed appointments with "FAMILY, OR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES" I have been forced to take legal actions. I have many texts to show his promises to fix or show up tomorrow. It even appears that they used different products that has flaked off. The checks were cashed at a currency exchange which is not right for a reputable company. The I.R.S. will be interested in that. Please look elsewhere and do more research on a company before hiring them. Save the troubles you will experience.

Buyer Beware!! Called Prime Roofing out recently to put a tarp on my roof that was leaking a bit. They had 3 people come and work for 20 minutes Friday evening at 7pm. they charged me over $800 to put a tarp on a somewhat flat roof to cover a 12'x12' area. I would not have left 1 start but this system forced me too!!

On Dec.17 2017 (Sun.), Spencer *** (Owner of Prime Roofing Group Inc.) quoted $300 to fix the leaking skylight on my current house and replace the missing metal piece of siding on my old house. After he and his employee fixed the skylight. He asked for full payment and promised many times said "I will keep my words to replace the missing piece at 11am on Tues.". But nobody showed up on Dec. 19 (Tues.), I called and left message many times but nobody pickup the phone and return phone call. Prime Roofing Group Inc.is not reliable company. Don't do business with Prime Roofing Group Inc.!!!
