I was referred to Prime through a mortgage broker friend of mine They do great work and in turn I will be referring their services to all my friends and family

I started with Prime solutions because of a letter I received in the mailI called the number and was set up with Prime SolutionsI paid them over over approximately months One of my cc was turned over to a debt collection law firmI sent the papers to Prime which they in turn sent to someone, I'm not sure whoWhen I received my monthly call in early March, the gal said, It looks like they did not respond to what Prime Solutions sent to them, so not to worrywithin weeks I was served with papers by the Sheriff's deptI sent those papers to Prime, which in turn, they cancelled that cc and refunded me $I now have a judgement against me, and also, the debt collection attorney's sent me proof that they did respondSomeone somewhere is not telling me the truthI immediately stopped any further involvement with PrimeI would not recommend this company to anyoneThis letter I received was just from a brokerage place, which is what I was told when I called to see if the number still existedI am with a good debt consolidation company now, but they could not take the cc that has the judgementI wish I had known that before March and I would have gotten out of Prime immediatelyI am paying the debt consolidation company a fair amount which is an account in my name and cannot be touched until I approve paymentI am also paying the debt law firm but am not sure what is going to the ccI receive no response from anyone and this debt law firm is horrible and rudeMY credit score is next to nothing and I am struggling to make ends meetI am going to look into this 'letter' I received

I did not realize there was actually legitimate affordable help I could get for the financial mess I was in
I thought I was going to have to file for bankruptcy and now after months of working with Prime I feel the weight lifted off my shoulders and that I am finally on the road to recovery! Thank you

I need to correct my assessment of Prime Solutions My issue is with the Sales Rep contracted thru Prime Solutions, this person does not work for Prime Solutions, so with that saidThe actual Prime Solutions representative that contacted me, WAS nice, helpful, and understanding for that I give Prime Solutions the company an A, but that sales rep gets a big fat F!

This program is a scam and puts people through unnecessary stress by forcing their clients' accounts to go into collections! My experience was especially bad because on law firm was on the verge of filing a lawsuit I decided to do it myself and got the matters resolved DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I'm happy to submit a reeview for Prime Documents. They helped my wife and I invalidate our collection accounts. The staff was curtous, friendly and very knowlegable about the process. I would not hesitate to reccomned them to anyone who needs help like I did.
