Due to the recent storms (May/June) we have had our work cut out for ourselves, trying to make each and every customer happyWe have kept [redacted] in the loop with where we stand on doing the work every step of the wayWe completed the first [redacted] and all went wellAs we were about to begin the second [redacted] the technician scheduled to do the [redacted] was injured (broken ankle), we then scheduled another technician/crew to do the workThe way the second technician was working on the second [redacted] did not meet [redacted] expections so we pulled that crew off the jobSince then, we have scheduled for a third crew to go out and do the [redacted] Currently the job is scheduled to be completed this weekWe have not collected any kind of money until the job is completed and it meets [redacted] expectations

We have made contact with Mr*** since we received the Revdex.com complaintWe explained to him there was a communication error through our answering service
We are not taking any more NEW repairs but we still do Warranty repair issues and we will be sending out a tech crew to repair his
leak if warrantedWe have also spoken with a supervisor at our answering service to make sure their staff is wording everything correctly
