We have reached out to the home owner to schedule a time to review the job with them again and resolve any issues

I have made several attempts to contact the customer by phone and email with no success This project was completed a year ago and was concluded upon the customer expressing their satisfaction We did in fact go back to clean the windows and was told everything looked fine We are not professional window cleaners and it is a reasonable home owner expense to hire a professional window cleaning company after they have exterior work done, that said our men did their best and were given positive feedback by the clients at the time As for the shrubs, one was slightly and I mean slightly damaged as in a branch or two The second however, after a years time I have no idea why it died or that anything we did caused its demise and do not feel responsible for replacing either But at the end of the day we stand behind our motto that "customer service is our family business", and I will send a check in the requested amount of $ I hope alleviates any issues regarding this complaint

I have tried to get this situation resolved without the help of the Revdex.com. I contacted the RI Contractor Board as suggested by ***. As requested by the Contractor Board after a representative inspected my home and agreed that the flashing was damaged, I obtained estimates for the cost of repairs from two licensed contractors. Obtaining two estimates took significant time and effort on my part because some contractors did not want to deal with Catanzaro and Sons. *** continues to deny responsibility for the damage done to my home and offers what amounts to a token payment to have the complaints removed. Because I know that I am correct, I will not accept his offer of 20% to 25% of the cost of having my home repaired by competent carpenters. I will simply leave the complaint on the Revdex.com site. As evidenced by another serious complaint on the Revdex.com site, Catanzaro And Sons do not have the 100% record of satisfaction claimed in their response. Potential customers should be aware of the problems in their work and their failure to accept 100% of the responsibility for them. I have no more time to waste on trying to help Catanzaro and Sons do the right thing. Thank you for your assistance

We are in the process of working with Ms*** and the local contractor board to resolve any issues with the work that we were contracted for Some of the items listed we dispute and will resolve this matter privately with the parties involved We do everything we can to satisfy our
customers and have an impeccable reputation for customer service It is unfortunate that Ms*** is unhappy and while many of the issues she has listed are not completely accurate we will do what we can, along with a third party, to find a middle ground After 30+ years in business we have thousands of satisfied returning clients and are proud of our men and the work they preform I sincerely hope that this issue will be resolved in a timely manner and in a result that is fair to both of us

  When the job was completed in the Fall 2017, the owner agreed to return in the Spring 2017 to resolve the issues.  I contacted him in March 2017, he said the rain had interfered with his schedule but he would get out to fix the two issues.  May 16th 2017 I emailed him again.  No response.   Emailed him again on May 21st he responded and said he was still trying to catch up on his work.  He never contacted me.  I emailed him again on August 14th and he never responded.  It wasn't until I contacted the Revdex.com that he phoned and emailed me.We do not want to meet with the owner, have contact with the owner or have him on our property.  We would like a refund of $300 to cover the cost of hiring a window cleaning company to clean the bleach stain off of the windows.  This problem has been going on since Fall 2016 and has not been resolved.  The windows are not dirty and need cleaning with just [redacted], they need to be professionally cleaned to remove the bleaching stain applied by the company when preparing the home to be stained.   The refund would also cover the cost of replacing the one large shrub that was damaged by the extension ladders and a second shrub that died due to the bleaching product.  The shrub that died was located next to the damaged shrub.
